Food was disgusting, fries were cold, burgers had no flavor chicken was over cooked. Probably the most nastiest Wendy's I've ever had. I couldn't even finish the meal it was super gross on top of my whole meal were just thrown into bags and the staff... how could so many people look so unhappy to be at work and all of them take it out on paying customers. Never have i seen so many people mad to see paying customers.Will not be coming back to this Wendy's. This is definitely the worst one in florida

The 3.9 star review is very misleading. Over $11 for horrible, cold, old food and I went during the lunch "rush"! -Large piece of plastic trash layered into my burger (found it removing the tomato). I have a picture but can't see an option to attach it... -Fries were almost black and tasted TERRIBLE--container was less than half full. -Awful service at the window with girl who didn't say anything, barely looked at me and had the ugliest look on her face. Worst Wendy's experience EVER. ZERO stars.
I don't go to fast food places anymore and I don't eat gluten anymore, but a Big Bacon Classic just sounded really good for some reason. And I used to love Wendy's fries. This extremely disappointing experience reminded me why I don't eat fast food anymore. I'm actually mad at myself. Never again! I'm good for the rest of my life.

Great location with fast, friendly service. The only negative is their drink dispenser which occasionally delivers a terrible mix. The last time I was there I tried to get cherry Coke, but got something that wasn’t even close.

Came in to try the new breakfast menu. They had me with fresh cracked eggs . It was a nice surprise to have a well made breakfast sandwich . The sausage is very good. The potatoes were very good nicely seasoned . The staff professional and friendly .

CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! My wife had hair all in her sandwich. Not only were fries old and literally dipped back into the fryer to be made warm but like I had mentioned about the hair!!! Hopped on the phone and called restaurant and spoke with manager Ashley and she did not really seem to care. She just kept saying thank you so much and kept pushing to get off of the phone.i will definitely be making sure yall are following all protocols. Let’s get ready for inspections. Picture was just one of the few that my wife hadn’t threw away yet. Just another piece she had found. Now she doesn’t even want to eat her food.
The little red haired girl that worked/works the drive through is so rude!!! If someone is talking to you respond back. Don’t ignore or roll your eyes. Brought out food to cars waiting from the drive thru hitting her bright pink vape then came back touching food. Didn’t give me a receipt rolled her eyes when I’d didn’t get the sauce which I paid for. You’re clearly miserable but if someone is being nice to you don’t blatantly ignore them. I could completely understand if a customer was being rude. Get your staff together or get rid of them. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been too 1000x. And my food was cold

I went through the drive thru. The person taking my order kept cutting me off while I was ordering and wouldn't let me get my order out of my mouth before being cut off. I pulled up to the window to find that the person taking my order was the manager. I got home and my order was wrong and the food was old and disgusting. Needless to say it was very disappointing. Now I'm hungry and irritated as the food was inedible.
