Got the wrong order. Realized once I sat down to eat that they gave me something entirely different than what I wanted, and paid for. When I call them, they tell me I can come back — which at much of my frustration I tell them that’s not happening as I live 20 minutes away and proceed to tell them to just issue me a refund which they said they would. Guess what happens next? They never did. I call back again today and the woman tells me I have to come in with a receipt…which they never gave me. I just took it up with the bank. People in Pensacola are so slow and incompetent. What a world we live in and it’s only going to get worse

I ordered the Wendy's Wednesday order. 1. Too expensive for nuggets, ff, sundae. 1 paid $10.74 for awful meal. Then you would pay more to get a drink. 2. Sundae was in a plain Wendy's cup not the Wednesday one they show, hardly any topping either. 4. No drink which I didn't realize. BUT WONT GO THERE AGAIN. 4. McDonald $5 meal is better at least get a drink

Wanted to try the breakfast sandwiches. They took my order and got me my food in record time. Very friendly. Unlike the Fairfield one I had been to earlier where I was not able to get any sevice. The place was clean and the sandwiches were good.
