Made a mobile order with two sandwiches, one with adding items , one with taking items off. The first time sandwich didn’t had the items taken off or added to either sandwich. Because of the way the parking lot the road is it took us 10 minutes to make two U-turns to get back to the store. Once we get to the window she rewrite our order on paper, we ordered a classic chicken meal and they replaced it with a value chicken sandwich, and the double stack was still missing items. We repeated the order twice and it was still made wrong. Fries were cold as well.

This is without a doubt the worst Wendy’s on the planet. They are incapable of preparing more than one order at a time. The guy at the window does not have the multi tasking skills for this job. I just wanted some fries. There was one car I front of me. I was in line for 30 mins. It was late nothing else was open or I would have gone ANYWHERE else. Please save yourself frustration and skip this one. If there is more than zero cars there when you arrive just keep driving. They are the ANTITHESIS of fast food

Little girl at the counter at 7:05 pm 1/4/25 with the fake eyelashes and brown jacket who was supposed to be working front counter was very disrespectful and rude. Instead of doing her job, she was wayyy too worried about her phone and was on her device texting for about 6 minutes before finally seeing what I needed. Awful customer service. Doesn’t hand me my order in the end but instead sets it at the very end of the counter when I have been standing at the counter this whole time why didn’t you hand it to me? Very rude and needs to be off the front counter with that attitude.

Stopped taking orders an hour before closing without an explanation. Car ahead of me was served, and when I pointed out they were open for another hour the lady was rude. Drove across town to another Wendy’s.

Went to the drive thru ordered a #4 chicken sandwich with a lemonade. When I started to eat it the fries had obviously been re fired to warm them up and they were burned and hard. My chicken sandwich wasn't fit to eat either. The breading was hard as a rock and I couldn't even bite into it. We called, they said come back and they'd replace it. Went to the drive thru and the girl handed me just a sandwich. We said it was fries and a sandwich. When we got the rest of it we went home.Opened the bag and had a dollar menu chicken sandwich. The fries were also dried out and tasteless. Called back and spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and offered a free meal. I appreciate that a lot, but how about to quality control with the employees. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it.

$5.78 for 2 of the pineapple under the sea frosties. John was polite, funny (in a professional manner), and was quick with getting me the frosties. ordered, pulled up, paid, all within 2 minutes.

The restaurant was very clean and nice and cool. Very comfortable. Our service was very fast. The cashier was friendly and suggestive, but not pushy. Our food was prepared quickly, and our order was correct. Everything was hot and fresh. I definitely will stop by again the next time I'm in town.
