Wendy's on Pensacola Blvd, although you are moving to a new location the quality of food should not change and customer deserve to get there orders hot, fresh and correct.

I used the drive thru, I was disappointed when the order in adour for four, came back the nuggets was fine, but, the double stack sandwich was cold with hard buns. The cheese was not even slightly melted. I won't be ordering that again any time soon.

It looks run down, compared to the ones in mobile. I have been there twice and both times some homeless looking person walked right next to my vehicle. Not like the wendy's im used to.

Rude drive-thru employees! I realize I was there for lunch. This was my first visit since my office moved up here & it will probably be my last! Host Lois & Cashier Joni are the names on my receipt. Ladies~ you need lessons on how to speak to people - ESPECIALLY when you hand the order to your customer & it's wrong (I certainly did not bag my own order, take responsibility that you're human, mistakes are made, be decent & fix the error without grumbling or talking nasty.

U CANNOT HAVE IT UR WAY! JUST FINISHED MY WENDYS LUNCH FROM THIS LOCATION. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY R BUILDING A BRAND NEW WENDYS ABT 2 BLKS AWAY....THIS PLACE LOOKS SCARY. BURGERZ WERE GOD-AWFUL. MEAT TASTED DRY AND FLAVORLESS. ORDERED A MEAL WITH A FROSTY DRINK AND BECAUSE I ORDERED A MED FROSTY ....I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ORDER A LARGE FRY. DO U BELIEVE THIS??? I HAD TO TAKE A MED FRY AND IF I WANTED A LARGE FRY I HAD TO ORDER IT SEPERATELY. TURNZ OUT....THEY ALSO STUCK ME WITH THE LARGE FRY AND CHARGED ME. NOW I KNOW WHY I WILL NOT B RETURNING TO WENDYZ....IT MUST B MY WAY OR THA HIGHWAY...IDIOTZ. BTW....NO KETCHUP AND NO NAPKINS....NEVER AGAIN

I go to this Wendy's fairly frequently. My order has always been correct and their food is quite tasty and well-priced. Occasionally, the line will be very long in the drive through and it takes a long time to get food, but usually a great experience.
