food is good ---- ask for receipt --- receipt for several months has been unreadable ---- when i ask i always get a smarta** answer such as nobody cares or that's above my paygrade --- i use receipts to track my spending ---- guess i 'll have to go elsewhere to get one ---simple things ruin it all

every time i go through the drive through, without fail, they comment on the amount of sauce I AM PAYING FOR. I know it’s a lot of sauce, and no since you all at the window are so curious, i don’t eat it all in one sitting, i like wendy’s sauce for other things i eat at home, sue me i guess. I’m not even mad about it, but it is irritating how every time, one of the employees makes a backhanded comment about the sauce quantity. Why do you care so much, i’m paying $4-$6 for it, i think i deserve some peace. PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG AND GO ON ABOUT YOUR DAY.💕

Been here 10 minutes, it’s an empty lobby and I haven’t been acknowledged, workers won’t even make eye contact with me. I finally asked for help and they said “we only have two people working” and went back on their way. There are better options out there, pick them instead.

Friday 10/24/25 . Worked my regular job, then from 5pm to 11 did my side gig delivering food. After I got off, was tired and hungry, stopped by Wendy's. Just hoping to get served, not with great expectations. 6$ biggie bag, double burger, fries, nuggets with bbq sauce and drink, and a large chili, with extra chili sauce and crackers. It was fast! All, I repeat all of my food, was hot and fresh. They were staffed and working hard.. Needless to say after delivering food for 6 hours and dealing with the usual problems.. This was a great experience and I really felt they deserved a shout out! Thank you!

Not the most pleasant at times. Upcharge for Wednesday sauce even if getting nuggs and no other sauce. Basically order the misfortune meal but don't and get upcharge for the sauce

Monday september the 29th when I pulled into the drive through all of the emplease were at the back door smoking smoking and sitting on the ground when I ordered it took forever for my food to get finished and everyone just walked in , I didn't see any hand washing when I said something to the manager dominique through the window, not only did it take her forever to come to the window, but she was clearly on some kind of substance and dismissed me daytime and nighttime are completely different at this establishment, and I will be taking this to corporate if I see this lady.
At any fast food restaurant i am leaving.Do not recommend to come here at night with Dominique.As the manager fry's were cold nuggets were cold

I asked politely for barbecue sauce with my order and was told to ask at the second window. When I got there, the person asked how many I wanted. I said 4, but he only gave me 2. The customer service felt rude even though I was very polite.
