I went to Wendy's today and was disappointed to find that they were out of baked potatoes, a staple menu item. Being informed immediately was appreciated, but it didn't lessen the frustration of not being able to enjoy what I had specifically come for. It's essential for a reputable establishment to ensure their menu items are consistently available. I hope Wendy's improves their inventory management to avoid such situations in the future!!!!!

The lady at the speaker just let us sit there for five minutes without even a please hold on. Then u get a very rude attitude like she hates her job. She lets it show she is not courteous and don’t care.

We just got back to Pensacola from Tampa, went to two other locations on the way before visiting this location. We liked the hamburgers from the other locations so much that we were excited to have another from this location. The hamburger from this location came with the patty hanging half on the bun and the other half on the wrapper. It did not have much of any toppings... A little bit of mayo, onion, lettuce and tomato... I just was surprised that it was not warm/fresh. The taste of the hamburger was just mostly bread. The lemonade tasted like a drink that was watered down with ice. We are not coming back.

The quality of food at this Wendy's really stood out. Everything was freshly cooked, and the sandwiches looked like the commercials! The quality here reminded me of fast-food I see overseas (typically far higher quality overseas than stateside). Along with the good quality food, the woman behind the counter was top-notch, and missed nothing with my large order! (I asked a bunch of questions and she was very helpful). A pleasant surprise! Will return again, and will see if it's quality is consistent. I see a number of negative reviews for this location, which may just be a change in shift, or management since those reviews 🤷♂️, but as of 29 November, my experience was 10/10 👍 I ordered inside for take-out, not the drive-thru.
Showed up at 10:30 asked what time they served lunch they said 10, the breakfast menu is still the one on display so i didn’t know how to order so they made me look it up online instead of changing the menu which hey whatever kinda douchy but not a big deal then they tell me that they don’t know what I’m looking at when I order a French onion cheeseburger and that I need to order something off their menu which I still can’t see, needless to say I’m at McDonald’s now being taken care of :)
I just left the drive thru. I noticed my burger was not in bag. I had 2 potatoes 1 burger and 2 frostys. I called the phone number 10 times to let them know I was returning. They never answered.

I came to this so called “restaurant” at 10:30pm! I bought 2 chicken blt biggie bags. I get home which is 3. Minutes away. Open the bags, the fries, nuggets, and sandwiches were so old and cold you couldn’t even chew them! I called up there and no one answered. So I drove back in the 36 degree weather to get my food corrected. The manager couldn’t even apologize, or even offer to fix my food. I had to ask her if she could replace them and she was like “yeah”. 5 minutes later I get bags that were hot. So I was like cool, everything is back good in the world. I get home, mind you I stay 5 minutes away. Open the bags, and EVERYTHING in the bags were so saturated from grease it would’ve made me sick to eat! From my experience all they did was redrop what they already had up instead of remaking it. I will never EVER eat here or spend my money here again! And neither should anyone else!!!!!! 😡

I don't know who runs this place, but it needs new management. I went to the store and ordered 4 meals with bacon. Cheeseburgers, they put no burgers on any of my meals.They just had lettuce bacon and tomato. So after realizing, as i'm driving home that they didn't put any burgers on my burger, I had to turn around, come back up here. I bring it back and show the employee.I tell me what's wrong with it! Like I ordered a burger and there's no burger.What do you think is wrong with it. They also threw all of my food in the bag upside down and just all over the bag. This one has always had kind of crappy service but this tops it. Then, as i'm asking to get my burgers fixed because they didn't put them right, the employees proceed to talk s*** about me. Right in front of me luckyI didn't come over the counter on one of them. Either way, wendy's, you need to get your s*** together

There are 2 crews that seem to work here and 1 crew is awesome, gets your food fast, and is easy to communicate. The other crew is mainly black dudes and I swear they act like they could have 10 of em and couldnt figure out how to screw in a damn lightbulb and work at the pace of a snail. Maybe they are just lazy idk but yall need to replace that crew with a group like the morning guys who actually seem to give a damn and seem like they halway care about their job or at least not looking like an idiot infront of customers
