I consider myself something of a hamburger aficionado. Beef, bison, venison, elk, pork, chicken or more if it can be ground and slapped betwixt some buns, I’ll give it a munch. However, this was my first time acquiring a specimen from Whataburger. When a franchise enters and expands into such a crowded market expectations are high. A blend of creativity, uniqueness, and quality should be assumed. However, what was received after 20 minutes in the drive through was a bland moist slab, slathered in yellow mustard. On a scale of McDonalds to Michelin, these doesn’t even chart.

This used to be THE whataburger to go to. Not so much anymore. I pulled up and waited 10 min to order, with just one car in front of me. I ordered, took 15 min to get to the second window where I sat for another 5 min before someone opened the window and asked what I ordered then yelled it to the back. Took about another 2 min to get the wrong food. Whatever at this doubt it's been almost a half hour for drive trough I'll eat what they gave me rather than what I ordered. This place used to be the shit to the point I would leave the beach, skip over gulf breeze just to come here because its faster. Not so much anymore I could have sat down and had a real burger at McGuires in the same amount of time

We are from out of state and don't have a whata burger near us. We stopped in and was so surprised. The building was clean top and bottom inside. The workers was very nice and professional. Martha took our order, she was so nice and pleasant. It was such a great atmosphere, and super clean. The food was cooked right and fresh, the drinks was crisp as well.

The owner operator of this establishment has terrible customer service. Half the time the food is atrocious. Not worth wasting your time.

I work near this location on Gregory. I have ordered multiple times for curbside and delivery, when I can’t leave work. Today I ordered delivery, used the tracker so the person wouldn’t have to get out of their car. Watch Danny C from Skipcart pull up to my work, proceed to leave and then cancel my order. I ordered through the Whataburger app, I tried to call the driver with the number provided and it did not work. Went into the app and called the store, as that was the only number it gave me. Owner/Operator tells me there isn’t anything he can do unless I come into the store. I get it’s a third party delivery but I ordered in the Whataburger app, therefore I feel more should have been done. I did google and find the customer service number, they were helpful but I still have no been refunded my $22

Should've known better. I wanted to get something simple and something that I was used to because I was tired of the terrible food pensacola had to offer. So I decided okay, whataburger, there's no way someone could mess that up. Lo and behold I couldn't be more than wrong. They messed up my order and undercooked the patty melt, see attached picture. Please do not go here.

I was excited to grab a Whataburger patty melt with onion rings after moving out to a state with no Whataburger ,but the experience was disappointing. Instead of onion rings, I got fries that were old and soggy. The patty melt itself looked and tasted like it was going to be something else, and then someone threw pepper sauce on it at the last minute to pass it off as a patty melt. It wasn’t crowded, and it wasn’t an odd time of day, so there really wasn’t any excuse for the quality. Honestly, I’m not missing Whataburger—and I’m more than happy we have In-N-Out where I live now.

Well here’s the facts ! Three trips this month through drive through and each poor ! This last visit I waited 19 mins to receive two cold biscuits. Only one car in line in front of me. I wish the poor service was a one off situation, however it was not.
Staff was abrupt and disconnected from any level of customer service.

Tale of two burgers. My wife loved her patty melt burger and I admit it was really good ( I had one bite). Juicy patty and a lot of flavor. My burger was sort of the opposite. I got the double burger. ( the one pictured). The patty was still really juicy but the overall flavor was very bland. Three pickles, squirt if mustard which was already absorbed by the bun when I opened it up. The onion chunks were good sized but without flavor. ( probably not their fault). The burger was 100% forgetful where my wife’s melt is still being talked about. The fries are standard at best easily beaten by most chains. The onion rings on the other hand were amazing and very flavorful. Those I finished the burger not so much.
Look, I get it. Taste is 100% relative but still very comparable for most. Go. Try it. Enjoy. Just avoid the boring burger.
Service side of the story. Could have been bad luck to bad timing but the place was not busy two other couple besides us and they forgot my milkshake and my sauce I ordered. No big deal, they said they would bring it right out but they didn’t. I waited about five minutes or three bites into my burger, then went up and asked for the two missing items again. I got them that time but asking twice is silly. Things happen

It’s the typical Wataburger with good employees. My food is always good and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. I also only eat this place at 1am and only go through the drive through so maybe I’m not the best judge here.
