They will simply never get your orders correct. Every experience here is typically dogshit, regardless of if you go inside, in the drive thru, or use delivery. Enjoy your 45 minute wait in the drive thru too.

Food was cold, buns were old, stale and falling apart, fries were cold. To top it off our order was wrong even though we asked 2 times if she got it. The sodas were good. The manager was rude when I called. The food was not edible so it was thrown out. I was unable to go all the way back to have food replaced. HORRIBLE

More often than not, when you order a large fry you're given a medium amount of fries in a large container. Usually I catch it and am given an attitude about it while they swap it out and fill up the large correctly. I'm not one to complain but asking for a large means I want a large.

Every single time me or me and my family come through here it takes at minimum 35-45 minutes from ordering to actually getting your food. You will ask for spicy ketchup and drive away with one regular ketchup. And the service given from most of the staff is unbothered and absolutely 0 urgency. I only come here if I have no other options or I’m absolutely craving whataburger since it’s the only one around.

This whataburger is beyond buns. Yeah you’ll get your food you paid for after waiting 30 minutes. The staff too are slow and don’t care about customers. I asked for a refill on my water drink and the drive through woman told me she can’t do refills on water, I said ok and walked into the building refilled my water and left. I hate this place, I wish they’d close.

I just got fries and their sauce tonight and I was disappointed when I opened the sauce. Is it always this empty? Anyway..wish I had more sauce 🤷🏼♀️
Waited 22 minutes for a single burger and then they didn't even give me my damn fries. Trashiest location. Never ever get my burger right, and all attitude for wanting what I paid and waited forever for.
Amazingly slow, slow, slow service in the drive through. I won't be back.

Came to pick up two food orders they were handed off to someone else as I waited for over half an hour. This store is very disorganized and as a delivery driver this is unsatisfactory as it causes confusion for customer too. :( Bad service
