I asked the manager for the code to the bathroom because you have to have a code to key in to enter the restroom I had asked her twice Still didn’t get an answer so I had to pee in the parking lot Do better, Whataburger

They will simply never get your orders correct. Every experience here is typically dogshit, regardless of if you go inside, in the drive thru, or use delivery. Enjoy your 45 minute wait in the drive thru too.

This place is so clean and efficient! The staff work together very well and make for a calm atmosphere while handling a ton of orders 👏🏻
Food was cold, buns were old, stale and falling apart, fries were cold. To top it off our order was wrong even though we asked 2 times if she got it. The sodas were good. The manager was rude when I called. The food was not edible so it was thrown out. I was unable to go all the way back to have food replaced. HORRIBLE

More often than not, when you order a large fry you're given a medium amount of fries in a large container. Usually I catch it and am given an attitude about it while they swap it out and fill up the large correctly. I'm not one to complain but asking for a large means I want a large.
