Ordered our food at 1:17pm and we got it at 1:33pm. Food was cold, very cold and our order was wrong. Thought it’s Saturday the restaurant wasn’t crowded.

Went through the drive-through to pick up some food for my brother. Waited in the second lane of the drive-through for more than 12 minutes; No other cars were in the lane. Made the mistake of coming back the same day to eat in the restaurant. The burger is cold. Cashier made a mistake, ringing up the food. So if the food is supposed to be worth the wait because you’re cooking it fresh, why is the burger cold? And I guess fast food is a fast anymore.

Got the triple meat whata jr w/ cheese, no bun. Everything was balanced on the tray. Gave me my mayo / mustard / onions, on the side in little cups. Idk why I liked that, but I did. Everything was less messy I think maybe that's why. They didn't forget anything... well, almost let me drive off without silverware, so you kinda gotta watch out for stuff like that - in case you didn't already know. Anyway, everything was awesome, the people were nice, service & food was prompt and delicious. 5 stars all the way.

I come to this Whataburger often and Xavier, Grace and Keshuan are amazing! They make sure my orders are fresh and prepared properly. Yes I've had issues in the past but they were addressed and handled. The team that works overnight are awesome!! I think in this day in time to have respect along with courtesy goes a long way. We are quick to complain and slow to compliment. This is a great location when you visit tell them Mocha sent you from Google. Remember I visit overnights. Hopefully whenever you visit you will experience the same. Big shout out to the overnight crew Keshuan, Grace, Xavier and the rest of the Team!!

If I could leave no stars for this establishment I would. The entire restaurant needs a factory reset.The workers don’t listen to your needs and certainly do not meet any positive expectations. I waited almost an hour for my food just to receive to wrong order. Cold. With a hair. I am by no means a Karen and I never leave reviews but I was just so infuriated with this specific visit I just had to leave a review. Also the Dr Pepper machine needs to be changed.

I truly believe that Whataburger purposely hires people that have skipped evolution for the past 1000 years. the workers seem to purposely seek to frustrate anybody that walks in and do absolutely anything else that would be the bare minimum for a fast food employee.

Me and my boyfriend came inside to try and place an order and we waited there, not even in line we were the only people trying to order. We waited there for 15 minutes to place an order and employees kept walking past us and couldn’t even bother to say they could take our order in a few minutes. We got so frustrated that we left because nobody would even speak to us, let alone take our order.
Wow what a good meal considering the fast food industry these days. #5 meal was excellent. Everything was fresh! Good job manager

Place was clean, but the problem was waiting 22 minutes for two burgers, two fries, and a three piece chicken tender. I guess the fryer was getting cleaned, but at least let the customer know or don’t clean it at 6pm. Once the food came out, they tried to give me old chicken tenders. They weren’t even hot.
Also, to the lady with the blonde weave, don’t be patting your weave with your gloved hand, then use it to serve food.
