I tried this location because it's my first time I've ever been to one after hearing so much about them. The service went superb and the cashier had a lovely voice over the intercom. The food only disappointed me because I've heard such praise from others and it ultimately ended up being rather... meh. It's a slight step above your run-of-the-mill fast food choices, but the taste and quality was just that of a slightly elevated McDonalds. I will admit that this does feel like it'd be a perfect hangover meal.

I usually enjoy Whataburger, but this visit was very disappointing. My order was completely wrong — I asked for no raw onions and for them to be grilled instead, but my burger came with a large pile of raw onions. The drink size I received was also incorrect, and they didn’t include the spicy ketchup I specifically requested.
When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they seemed annoyed and acted like fixing the issue was a hassle. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect good customer service and attention to detail. I really hope management can work on improving communication and customer care at this location.

Why does it take 17 min to get a #1 combo at 1:00 in the afternoon, with only 2 people in the restaurant. I could've went home and made my lunch for as long as it took to get my order.

Went through the drive-through to pick up some food for my brother. Waited in the second lane of the drive-through for more than 12 minutes; No other cars were in the lane. Made the mistake of coming back the same day to eat in the restaurant. The burger is cold. Cashier made a mistake, ringing up the food. So if the food is supposed to be worth the wait because you’re cooking it fresh, why is the burger cold? And I guess fast food is a fast anymore.

Got the triple meat whata jr w/ cheese, no bun. Everything was balanced on the tray. Gave me my mayo / mustard / onions, on the side in little cups. Idk why I liked that, but I did. Everything was less messy I think maybe that's why. They didn't forget anything... well, almost let me drive off without silverware, so you kinda gotta watch out for stuff like that - in case you didn't already know. Anyway, everything was awesome, the people were nice, service & food was prompt and delicious. 5 stars all the way.
