Food was good. Chicken was very tender and not overcooked. Teaukka was of great assistance in solving a problem. She is an excellent team member. I watched her hustle to get folks their food and clean tables in between.

I can’t stand onions, I always order NO onions. Although I am able to scrape them off, the taste of the onions made my burger uneatable. And it WAS labeled no onions.

Very disappointing experience this evening. We waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes! I would not be as frustrated had there been more than two cars in the entire drive thru. I do believe the phrase is “FAST FOOD”. There is nothing “fast” about this establishment. The women who took our order had impressive customer service skills and made us feel very welcomed.However the young lady at the pick up window needs to learn how to read the tickets. She gave us the wrong order and then neglected to give us any of our sauces. Once I asked for the sauces that I was charged for she then rudely said “ did you check your bag?” Obviously I checked the bag after waiting 40 minutes and already being handed an incorrect order. Common sense just isn’t very common anymore I guess.

Ordered double what burger with cheese, got back to hotel and the bun was stale,cracked up ,falling apart. Call on the phone was told they could not make another one if I didn't have a receipt. Offered to bring burger back and show it to him,and Offered my bank statement, he said sorry can't help you!

It wasn't as good as other whataburger locations, we were disappointed.
I keep forgetting how coming to this Whataburger is a lot like giving birth. You have a terrible experience and then a few months after get a craving for the food. You subject yourself to the frustration because you quickly forget the pain and annoyance. I can’t begin to tell you how long you’ll sit in the drive thru waiting for food and not being able to just say “forget it” and leave. I spent 45 min with 3 cars ahead of me to see 1 person in the dining room. I could calm down if they were busy but that’s not the case. Just don’t go here if you have places to be.

Like the food, hate how long the wait was for the drive thru. I live close, so that's why I keep coming back. Beginning to think it's not worth the convenience if the wait is 20+minutes every time. This happens multiple times a day, not just during peak hours.

I went about 10:20a.m and it was fairly packed as usual. The young man with glasses took my order, the double lane orders, complimented my shirt, and still offered additional service for condiments although the line by that time has about 10 cars lined up behind me alone. He probably made my food too lol, but he was awesome especially in customer svc in fast food. The only takeaway is he didn't offer or give any napkins for this messy burger lol.Too bad we can't get this type of svc all the time. Always hit and miss.
