Drive thru lady rushed my partner during ordering and then when we asked “are you still there” after a minute of silence on her end when we tried to say the rest of our order, she rudely yelled “yes!” Didn’t even let him say “that’s all” before she told us our total, she just decided our order was done I guess. Then when we got our order the person stormed over with our food and didn’t say a single word even after we said “thank you, have a good night”. We were the only customer in the drive thru, so it’s not like they were slammed. I know customer service sucks, but it’s like these employees don’t even try anymore.

Service here is excellent. I was kinda upset at first because my Spicy Chicken Sandwhich was overcooked and tough to eat, but I dont like to complain and was just going to eat it anyway. However, a manager Greta came and asked how my meal was and I let her know the problem. She replaced the meal with an entirely fresh one, which is above and beyong what Id expect from a lot of places these days.
Ridiculously long wait per usual for Whataburger. I hear people laughing and joking loudly in the kitchen while I’m still waiting for my food. The employees don’t seem interested in helping people. But typical experience with this chain.
