Having special eating requirements causes problems for the kitchen. A few times I have had to take an order back to be done over. Most of the staff seems easy going or like they don't want to be there.

I was surprised I beat the burgers are for the money with fries during very good nice place. I think it’s better than the other one on Michigan Avenue.

They are very unprofessional it’s them 10 minutes to take your order and 30-40 minutes to to get your food all the do here is play around

I love the food, love the people, HATE THE NEW RENOVATIONS. I mean seriously, what is this? Where’s the bigger tables, comfy chairs, corner booths - basically everything that makes this place great. It feels like I’m sitting in the lobby of a medical testing facility or something. I came in hungry and I’m leaving with back pain thanks to these chairs. This sucks.
