I like Whataburger, but this specific location is SO slow. Expect to spend minimum 15-20 mins in the drive thru or curbside pickup. It’s also rare my order is correct, things like forgetting the cheese on the burger or giving unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. I end up going to Culver’s is across the street more often bc I know it’ll be quick, friendlier service, and order is always right.

This location is God aweful and the manger Steven should be fired for his lack of accountability and customer service. It took over 40 minutes in the drive thru to get our food, only for it to be wrong and then gaslit by Steven. The only remedy he offered after driving 6 miles back home, was for me to drive an additional 12 miles round trip after sitting in the drive thru burning my gas for 40 minutes, bringing the food back and waiting an additional 20-30 minutes to receive my correct order! He specifically prioritizes online orders versus the cars sitting in like burning their gas, and took 0 accountability for the long wait. Refused then to give me the district or regional managers NAME… we didn’t receive our condiments either and as I was walking out from getting them after having to park, the lady that was behind me in the drive thru was walking in oissed about her order as well. Mind you there were only 2 cars in front of me, TWO… so it took us 40 minutes to get our wrong food. That manager is disgusting and absolutely should not be working in CS.

I ordered online and got another triple meat whataburger jr with no-bun and monterey jack cheese, extra tomatoes & pickles + mayo and they got everything right. Everything was delicious. Service was prompt and everyone was nice.
The food was hot & fresh but the workers are rude as hell. I’ve worked in customer service for over 7 years & have always been taught to say the bare minimum of “hello, have a great day, what else can I get for you?” both windows had workers in it and they just brushed us off.

Waiting for my food for 45 minutes and still didn’t get it. There were other people way after me who had got there food before me asked the guy at the register when my food would be ready, all he kept repeating was will get to it.

There's no reason I should be told to go in a line for my order to be taken and sit at the intercom for 20 minutes with no one helping with my order while the other line is moving and orders being taken from people that showed up after my arrival. 0/10 if I could. Horrible experience

How are you going to order 2 meals and they forget the fries in both orders. Drove all the way back to the store just to get my fries and the only thing the manager offered for compensation was 1 free cookie!!! When I was initially trying to order people were laughing and joking over the headset which is probably lending to a lack of attention.
Parking: Kids with the big trucks blocking the road and trying to show off their stuff.

I usually visit the location after work. Typically it takes quite some time to get my food and get through the drive thru. Most of the staff is super friendly to me. The food is usually as you expect.
The service was fast and friendly. The burger was hot and fresh, but the fries were barely warm. They were hard and tasted old.

I’m giving one star because my experience was terrible. The tomatoes on my burger were hard and green, and the lettuce was old. I waited in line for about 40 minutes, and when I finally got to the drive-thru window, the employee refused to take my card. She thought I was recording her, but I was just watching TikTok while waiting. She then told me to leave and said she wouldn’t take my order. This was extremely unprofessional.
