Having special eating requirements causes problems for the kitchen. A few times I have had to take an order back to be done over. Most of the staff seems easy going or like they don't want to be there.

I like Whataburger, but this specific location is SO slow. Expect to spend minimum 15-20 mins in the drive thru or curbside pickup. It’s also rare my order is correct, things like forgetting the cheese on the burger or giving unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. I end up going to Culver’s is across the street more often bc I know it’ll be quick, friendlier service, and order is always right.

I ordered online and got another triple meat whataburger jr with no-bun and monterey jack cheese, extra tomatoes & pickles + mayo and they got everything right.
Everything was delicious. Service was prompt and everyone was nice.
