I love coming to this whataburger location. Fast and friendly service every time I visit. The staff is always friendly and they keep the place nice and clean. Thank you guys for your commitment to great service.

Probably the worst Whataburger i've ever been to. Took me about 15 minutes to get my food with no one in front of me, fries were cold, burger was soggy, I should have went to Chipotle.

I waited for over 20 minutes.There was so much chaos and incomplete orders. I saw an entire order thrown in the trash.Then a guy (Jxxx) got that bag that he threw in the trash out and checks the name on the receipt. He called my name. He came over to me and said he messed up my order and would get it replaced.I told him ok but I wanted my fries hot. I watched the female (Paige) that was working the fryer take fries that had been sitting under the warmer and dump them back in the fry bin and mix them with the hot fries. I was given those fries with my remade order. My husband took them back and asked for hot fries. He returned to the table and I watched Paige put those fries back in the grease and refry them. I could not believe my eyes!
Jxxx brought those fries back to us and I tasted them. They were hard and greasy. I told Jxxx and he said "Whatever." I took them back
to Paige and asked if I could have some fresh fries. She gave me a piercing look. I will NOT be visiting this location again in the evening.
Morning and lunch shift employees are friendly and courteous.

Ordered online for pickup didn't leave my house until it said ready. I got there and the order wasn't even started so had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food and then got the wrong drinks. This location sucks when it comes to customer service. Especially when they are serving employees before full paying customers.

My grandparents have been going here for years, and now I finally see why. After my visit in Pensacola this Christmas, me and my father stopped in. This location is probably the most consistent quality of food and service. Not to mention, they have the best Whataburger sweet tea I have ever had.

I came in there Friday a young lady was working in the window and a young lady name dareanna was working in the front she had her back turned not acknowledging me n my family for 5 minutes the young lady from the window (alica) stated u have somebody at front n the young lady in the front (Dareanna) made an awful sound so the young lady from the window said she got it and approached us well mannered wit a smile she was very sweet after we got our order the fries was cold I asked for alica n she made sure we got hot fries n she even told us to be careful wit the fries because I had children and they were fresh out the oil we need more workers like her the way she made us feel comfortable I will be coming back but preferably I want Alica to take my order every time.

Will not ever go back to location on 9 mile road food was cold an sloppy and nasty May I say I have never gotten food from Whataburger that was not good an got over charged an manager took her own sweet time to refund my $3.50 I was overcharged like she kept disappearing like she didn't want to correct it sadly waited a long time while others kept being helped even in the middle of correcting issue she stops an helps Anthor person hello what's up with that she made me feel like it was racial just terrible terrible service and food ended up taking food home and
gave it to the feral cats outside sadly you guys need to do better
