Spoke with Neil, the manager at Whataburger and explained to him that someone put a small drink inside of a large drink upside down and then closed the lid and then put the stickers over it. To me this doesn’t happen on accident call me crazy. This looks intentional and deliberate and it makes me feel unsafe to eat there. When I spoke to Neil about my concerns, he thought that it wasn’t a big deal and I just needed to bring the drink back on up there and so he could remake it. Shame on you, Neil. You need to get a better handle on your employees.

Latisha always has such a positive attitude when we come to Whataburger. She is one of the people that makes going to Whataburger an experience outside of just getting food and definitely believes she deserves to be recognized.

Make no sense why a Whataburger would have a setup to run two windows.... Being the only Whataburger on 9 Mile road obviously your store is going to be busy. Why have a setup for two windows and only use one? Worst part is there's no signage up to let us know so I sat there for 5 minutes waiting to place my order!? Very easy to put a sign up to let customers know you're not capable to run both windows.

Fast Food on 9 Mile is horrible. Thank You Whataburger for changing that. Food is always hot and fresh, employees are very kind and always moving with speed and efficiency as nd genuinely, seem to care about their customers.

This location is slow slow slow. This is what happens when a corporation from Chicago buys Wataburger the service and quality goes to shit. Been waiting 15 minutes for a number 2. Still waiting and watching folks keep bringing their food back because their order is not correct. Sad sad sad.

Definitely one of the better Whataburger's in Pensacola. I will say that their service could be better, it's usually a 50/50 on whether or not you'll get decent/good service. I recommend going during the week rather than on a weekend or Friday night. Service seems much better on a Wednesday night than a Saturday night, much less busy too.
