I order a chicken sandwich meal with sauce and the toppings on the side. The meal was missing the sides, sauce, and the fries. We ordered 30 wings and only half actually had sauce on them. The lady when we were picking it up was rude and not listening.

******** I must humbly apologize to wing zone on navy blvd. I went to wing zone on nine mile road. I mistakenly posted about the wrong location. I did not go to this location. I do not know the quality of this place and I mistakenly reported the wrong location. I am talking about the 9 mile road location. I will try this location and report my opinion. Again, wing zone navy blvd I apologize for my mistake. I will try your facility and if there is quality service and food I will report it.9mile road location review belowThe place is dark and dingy. The staff is unfriendly. The wings were terrible. The wings were mostly broken pieces. Not very tasty and slightly undercooked, and tough. We ordered 20 wings and ate half the order. I wish I could get my money back. Don’t waste your time or money. It was a disappointment. We usually eat at a different place (zaxbys)but thought we would give this place a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! If the owner or manager reads this can I get half my money back and you can have the left over wings back. If not they will go in the trash.

still offer contactless delivery online but every single they do not do it then the driver comes and bangs on my door even though i say in the delivery instructions dont knock ? i mean seriously why even have a delivery instruction box if your driver wont even freaking read it usually have no issues but this is getting annoying because the last 3 times ive asked for no knocking they do it anyways

Saturday night I called and the lady took my order and gave me a total.i drove all the way from downtown and o het there and this cook (employee) not even a manager tells me by the time they drop the wings they will be closed. So, why did the lady give me a total and take my order ? Very unprofessional and not good for business.
