The food I ordered never came

Life Of Mike

Do not order delivery. We live two miles from the store and our door dasher waited over 30 mins for the order. Ordered 40 pieces of chicken and they gave us two small ranch cups. All food is cold besides corn. Called the store multiple times with no answer.

We went to pickup a little before 6 PM on 10/12/2025 and found the staff to be very attentive and accommodating. When we got home with the food, it was all correct and quite tasty. Thanks, guys!

The cashier Joshua was well mannered and repeated our order back for accuracy- which I appreciate because my husband and I can be a little “extra”. He was also wiping counters, tables, and making sure things were running smoothly. He just had a good up beat energy and I felt like he should be recognized as an employee who goes above and beyond.

The amount of feathers left on a wing I almost bit into. Didn't even finish the meal after it.

We are traveling, we decided to get food delivered to the hotel, soda was flat and wing had no flavor not even the sauce, very disappointing!!!

This location is prejudice. I was there today to pick an order up for ubereats. They had 3 regular spots parking spots in front of the store and an handicapped spot. There was a car in the middle regular spot with their doors open on both sides so nobody could park to the regular spot. I drove around the the building, thinking they would have them closed when I drove back around. They were still open when I drove back around. They were trying to stop me from parking in the spots. I still pulled and parked as far over as I could in the blocked spot and a little in the handicapped spot. I get out to go in the store. The car had 4 or 5 black people in it. I just ignored them and went in the store.
When I go in the store I tell them who I'm picking up for. The man told me it wasn't ready. I sit down to wait and notice all the people waiting for their orders were white. Anytime a white person walked in they had to wait. If they were black they got their food immediately. The restaurant was fool of white people waiting. While sitting in the restaurant waiting, I noticed a car pull up to park in one of the parking spots the was being blocked by the car. She was black. The car shut their doors so she could park. I looked over at the guy in the store and he smirked at them to let them know they did a good job. The black lady walked right in and got her order. All of us white people were still waiting. I walked out and cancelled my ubereats order.

I have picked up and delivered from all the other Wingstop and have never had any problems. This is only one that went out of their way to treat me like inferior. The guy was a tall black guy

I always liked Wingstop but I'm afraid I'm going to be leaving soon this is the last month I'm going to be in Pensacola and I got to go to mobile and catch the Greyhound because I'm finally coming home and I'm never coming back here because wild buffalo wings we decided to trespass me and that's not even true I was just trying to get out of the Sun and the manager there is not even all that polite I went there all for nothing it's like I said I've been nice all for nothing I just wish I could for something to eat here and I'm totally broke right now the only thing I'm going to get today is probably the free French fries at Whataburger and the egg roll if I can get those together I don't have to worry about being hungry I don't have to worry about going hungry if I go home anyways over there where I'm going to go because Catholic charities in Holbrook I always feed the homeless I always have lunch from 11:00 a.m. all the way through 1:00 pm because they will tell you you want to eat there or you can take your food with you since the Catholic charities is nearby where I'm going to stay I don't have to worry about Uber not even Lyft

Editing my review because the GM called me and was amazing. She was very personable and is correcting their mistake with a positive attitude, something lacking in service industry these days.
