This is the worst Wing Stop I have ever eaten at! The wings were horrible. Not crispy at all. The fries were all stuck together and limp and greasy! Never will be back. Should have listened to the other reviews! Plus they should do a good cleaning!

Carry out order. Wings were flavorless and undercooked. They also forgot to add the side dressing in the bag. Very disappointed. But I will say the cashier was nice

My birthday dinner and a movie, with my sweet husband, sounds good right? Wing Stop KILLED our night! This was something special because we never get to go out on a real date. I was so excited all day. We get to Wing Stop 1.5 hrs before the movie (Thank God) and order. Just 10 wings & 1 chicken sandwich with fries and drinks. First off, the sofa machine was not working right and my 1 soda is get per day tasted nasty. I told them and the response was kinda like Oops sorry. Not, "oh let me replace your soda with a bottle drink." So I drank water. After checking on our meals 4 or 5 times, the food came out 35 minutes after ordering. The fries were ridiculous salty to the point of making us sick. I took them back up and asked for replacements. The chicken sandwich had NO taste at all. My husband's wings were so dry and gross. Thank God we had ranch to give it SOME flavor. I was doing the sandwich in it. Gross! I checked on the fries 3 times... asking why it's taking 20 minutes to make fries. THEN, the last time I went up to check, I heard a girls voice in the kitchen say, "Will someone get this lady's replacement fries so she can get up out of my face?!" I said, "Oh seriously?" as I was standing AT the counter. These kids had been goofing around in the kitchen since we got there. I had HAD ENOUGH! I went and sat down, because one of the older employees (maybe a manager, I dunno) had heard me and looked shocked at me. She came out apologizing and bringing more fries. They were horrible too. She asked what she could do to make it better. I said give us our money back! She said she isn't able to do that, but she got me a bottled soda and offered to cook me another bland chicken sandwich. We ended up walking out. -- Never will go there again. A big waste of time and money. Horrible employees (except that one that tried). Nasty dry food with no taste and weird texture. Wish I could get our money back! So glad the movie was good.

ordered a 8 piece boneless, was disappointed by these half bite sized pieces… I usually don’t have any problems with this location but when I brought the issue up with the manager Steven, he paid no mind and kept doing whatever he was doing claiming he wasn’t on the cash register so he couldn’t do anything about it, wasn’t until I mentioned a refund he finally bothered to come over. The same manager then stated he was never taught to give refunds and I could receive a refund the following day…. He finally offered to remake them, I refused and told him Ill be leaving them, he claimed it would only be a few minutes, I had already wasted time trying to get his attention I didn’t see it worth while. had he offered a solution when I originally brought up the issue I wouldn’t be here typing

My son placed an order at 4:30 for me to pick up while I was out. The wait alone will stop me from every going back. I know you all could care less, I'm just making you all aware. I didn't leave wingstop until 530. My order took 30-45 minutes longer than what the online order said that it would be. If you all are running behind, maybe you could adjust your time stamp online or implement a text back when your order is ready. Plus the people that work they're, act like you are bothering them when you ask for a status on your order. Then they put orders out on the shelf without saying your name so everyone's waiting to be called. It's a circus in there. I've never been in there a time that it wasn't. I will not be back.

This store should NOT have a policy of call in orders. I have attempted to make a order for pick up 4 times, every time the associate put me on hold and never returned. When I arrive at the store they are NOT BUSY! And the children who work there are rude. Hire more responsible workers, my guy.

This location usually shows through, but i felt treated like i was a dog. I placed an order on the app and realized i was missing an order of fries. I came back inside with my order receipt and let the person at the register know what happened. He said okay and let a girl with braces by the fries know. They both walked up to me, and she was shaking her head and threw her arms up while making angry facial expressions. He asked me if i had the sticker but he had taken it off when i picked my food up. I offered to go grab the bag from the car and then the girl roughly rummaged through the bag, while still saying something to the guy at the counter. He said she was working on it but then i proceeded to wait 20 minutes for said fries. While i was waiting, she walked off the floor and proceeded to get on her phone and start texting someone while looking at me repeatedly. I have never been treated in such a way that moves me to write a review but that is ridiculous. Ive never worked with someone or have i myself treated someone so disrespectful over fries.
Edit: The GM corrected things and i can’t leave it as a bad review for that. She really cares about her store.
