both times i’ve tried to order after 10 from this establishment they did not give the dasher my food and took my money (girl answering the phone would put me on mute and never return to the call when I tried to resolve the matter)

I went here on Valentine’s Day this year after walking out of the 850 sports bar because the service was terrible. Though they were busy, Christina was very transparent with wait times and made sure to stay composed after I saw at least 10 tickets come in back to back and a lobby full of people, all while training the new cashier, cooking and bagging the food! She remembered my extra sauces and had a smile the entire time! Someone give her a raise!!!

Horrible customer service! After ordering online for pick up in store we arrived at the store to be ignored by all employees for over an hour… while waiting in front of the register we were told our order wasn’t ready yet so we sat down to wait to be called… people came in ordered and got their food and left multiple times while we were still waiting… we asked multiple times if about our order and every time was given attitude and eyes rolled by employees… finally after I was ready to cancel my order and get my money back I noticed my order was literally sitting on the counter unattended getting cold… I tried to get the attention of an employee multiutimea to let them know that was my order and every time I was given attitude and an employee literally started complaining about me to her coworkers in the back… I spoke up and said I just want my order before it gets cold or I want my money back… she finally handed me my order… I asked if their was sauces in the bag and was told yea but when I got home there wasn’t any sauce or napkins in the bag at all and the food was super cold… the store wasn’t even that busy… DO BETTER AT YOUR JOBS WINGSTOP OR HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT… a little customer service goes along way…
