I ordered fries, waited an hour, asked for a refund so i could just leave. They charged me but somehow couldn’t find my order. So i didn't get fries and i wasn’t refunded. I waited an hour. Im not really mad at the employees because they were slammed, but the lack of trained leaders and a manager is painfully obvious i feel bad for anyone who works here.

They never get your order right. Everytime I get home with my food I am missing somthing that I have paid for. Them I have to grt my 64 Year old, heart patient self back out in the weather to go get it corrected. I worry all the way taht somebody is going to give me a hard time or call me a liar eventhough you are the victim. Then my husband goes up there and has to wait another 20 mins for them to cook some wings for the order. I am calling the number on the website and nobody ever picks up. I call back again and they tell me he has already picked them up and left. I called my husband and he was still sitting right there looking at them.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this needed to be done. Definitely will never be back. Everyone was rude and took over 30 minutes for 3 chicken strips and one chicken sandwich. When food came out the strips and fries were cold but sandwich was hot atleast. They also have no mayo for your sandwich

Every time, I mean it never fails. I call to place an order and arrive 15-20 minutes after I’ve placed my order and get there and wait 30 minutes! Why? Why is it that your location lacks efficiency in getting the customer their order in a professional and timely fashion! I called several times before someone would even answer and than when I got there the girl was in the back eating!
