we are regulars of this wing stop. my absolute favorite guilty pleasure. the people working this fine dining establishment are so awesome and they do a great job even under the pressure of how busy it gets. these bad reviews are from people who don’t understand dinner rushes in restaurants, and are ignorant and stupid. hear me out, the food is always bussin and these workers are underpaid and still fabulous!!! I LOVE THIS WINGSTOP!!!!

First time eating at this one. We didn’t get our wings “extra done” like we ordered which is ironic cause someone was in there complaining about the same thing. Had to wait 15 mins past when online ordering said it would be ready. Only needed up eating 4 of the 10 wings. The ranch is always good though. $45 is too much to pay for the food not being cooked how you order it.

The chicken was good, absolutely insanely overpriced, do not even bother with the French fries, unless you like soggy but still somehow burnt potatoes I would definitely not recommend getting them.

Jayonna was fantastic! She put me on a new flavor of wings and I’m going to get my company to start coming here for our lunch parties!
I was having a bad day and she turned it completely around with her charisma.
Seriously valuable member to the team. I know I cant be the only one blown away by how sweet she is, I was impressed by her ability to connect with not just me but the customers who ordered after me too.

Worst restaurant/fast food place in Pensacola. Takes forever to get your food so you sit in a dirty restaurant, while listening to the workers yell and argue with each other about who knows what. Have stood in line for 5 minutes with no one else there just to not get served. Do not recommend
The restaurant was dirty & the lady that took our order was mad and rude for no reason. If you can’t handle a rush don’t work in fast food sweetheart. Learn how to handle customers & calm your emotions down to a minimum.

Had the food delivered to me, so I don't know what's going on in the store, but when I got my food, the fries were stale, the wings were not warm and had barely any sauce, and the ranch I got was expired.
