It's been 5 days of food poisoning, I vomited for 3 days, lost 17lbs and had to go to the hospital.
The staff was super friendly.
I know it was them becuase the day before all I had was a can of soup. The day of all I had was Wokahokic and the vegetables tasted off. They had their food piled high in the pans so it wasn't getting properly warmed. The chicken was so wood like it was impossible to chew. The texture was like wet balsa wood. I'll never go back. 20 bucks for a 4000 hospital bill was not worth it.

I placed my order through Uber Eats, and the delivery itself was punctual. Unfortunately, the food arrived only lukewarm, which did little to enhance the experience.

The portions were indeed generous, but abundance cannot substitute for finesse. The pepper steak seemed to have forgotten its namesake spice altogether, replaced instead with an excess of salt. The vegetables, rather than retaining vibrancy and texture, were cooked into near anonymity. The chicken, while properly prepared, was cloaked in a sauce so cloyingly sweet it veered closer to syrup than any balanced glaze.

Perhaps this reflects the local standard, but for me, it was a disappointing reminder that quantity without quality leaves one unsatisfied.

My favorite Chinese in Pensacola hands down! Always taste fresh and the honey chicken is my favorite. They give huge portions too, and for only $11 you can’t beat that.

The elderly cashier and servers were accommodating and nice. The food is mediocre, like any Chinese food in this kind of this fast food. I love the sesame ball, it was good, not oily. The atmosphere was busy, since it was located at the food court.

The picture attached is how much of my $17 dollar order was inedible.. chicken was way too hard and dry. I gave the restaurant 3 different opportunities on different days and unfortunately the quality was not there. The first i had it was fresh and chicken was soft… hasn't been that way ever since

Niyaa.!

Service was terrible. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful, me and my friend were sharing which was obvious and realized we only had one fork so I want back to ask for another and she said “go to a different store” while swatting me away like I was a fly. I do not recommend this restaurant, customer service was terrible.

We ordered what I thought was orange chicken, the beef and broccoli, lo mein noodles and cheese wantons. The quality of the chicken was subpar and the rest of the food was just okay. But I would not eat here again because overall the food wasn’t great and there are so many other options in the food court.

I have been eating here for years and every time I'm in Pensacola I have to go by workaholic and get the honey chicken and white rice. It is absolutely amazing. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. The service is great as well. I highly recommend everyone trying their food, you won't be disappointed.

I've been going here for a while, back when it was still China-Max. This time I ordered for myself and 1 other. The fried rice, spicy chicken, and honey chicken were just as amazing as always, but when it came to my other order we ran into an issue. The noodles tasted fine, but the beef and broccoli I got tasted like shrimp, and not the tasty kind. We couldn't even eat it without gagging since it tasted like fish bait. Hope it was possibly just a minor cross-contamination issue or possibly a seasoning mix up, but I don't think I'll be ordering anything other than the chicken for a while.
