food use to be so good. for awhile it hasn’t been as good as it use to be but i still would stop by and get food here and there. tonight i got my food and there was a baby roach on the plate. disgusting af. this establishment has been shut down more than once before for rodent and pest problems… how is it that you guys are still having this problem? prices are going up but the food quality is steady going down. the lines are always long and they pretty much stay busy so i’m sure the owners are making bank. what i don’t understand is why they haven’t done any upgrades to the building. as business owners you should want to improve the look of your building. i’m starting to think they no longer open the inside because of how nasty it use to look inside and it probably still looks disgusting and has bugs crawling around. wont be returning because a roach in my FOOD of all places is a no go. take a day off and call pest control.

I brought a 50 piece family meal, and my wings were over seasom with lemon peper i asked for lemon pepper wet. These were horrible i couldnt eat them i wasted 0ver 50 dollars on this meal im not satisfied at all the. Older black lady that took my order doesnt listen well . I placed my ordeee if she be quiet lomg enough she can hear the orders more accurately i was not satisfied and i couldnt call back up theere to get my order fixed bad service i will not be returnijg??♀️ and i wish that someone would reach out to me about my order

I have been going by WoW Wings for years, and the line is always wrapped around the building, must be today that they had an off day. Ordered 3 sandwich with five wing and drink special for what there on line menu showed $11.99. Total should have been $38.67. Charged 46.40 ??? As for the food two of us had Gryo's Just lets say cheap on the meat, and the chickens wing should be advertised as pigeon wings, very small. But flavor was good. Will give it another try. Wait was not that bad.......

Wow is about right. Service was great, the actual location isn't much to look at but it's what's on the inside that matters. The wings are pretty bomb, probably some of the best wings I've had in a long time!

Delicious wings cooked beautifully and seasoned one of probably 30 ways (you pick). Gyro was great and the fried okra was on point and generous. despite the long line, the customer service lady was kind and patient. The drive-through line is long, but definitely worth the wait.

Wings are sooooo good! I love honey garlic and garlic Parmesan! Whew sooo good and always fresh. I always get the grape kool aid but they have other flavors. Line is ALWAYS long so just make time. It is worth the wait I will say .

It's not fair to spend your hard earned money for food you can't eat. 20 piece, wasted money.Disappointed today with your service.
