Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The pictures are from 2 separate days but both very disappointing coming from one of my favorite fast food places. The food was cold both times like it was sitting under a heat lamp to cook it. I also used to get larger portions on the finger basket but now all 6 of the chicken fingers are the size of what 1 used to be. Glad I never have to eat here again waste of 30 dollars so disappointed :(

Don't do Zaxbys much anymore, thought we'd give them a try again. Ordered online, simple enough. Went to pick up (Creighton location) and all was there, so we thought (6 meals ordered). Got home and discovered a missing snack box order. Another box order was missing an item of extra toast, and all drinks were full of ice though we ordered "light ice." Went back and got the missing snack box and toast, but we won't be spending any more money at Zaxbys.

I don’t think they can read

Food is ok but when I told the guy it was freezing he told me well it’s warm back here. It’s colder in the restaurant than it is colder outside!! My whole family is freezing and they didn’t care.

There was one person working the counter up front who didn't seem to know how to do her job and nobody was helping her do anything. I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready but then it wasn't and when it was it just sat on the counter and 5 other employees who could have helped bag it or helped the girl up front did absolutely nothing. Maybe train people on team work so that poor girl isn't trying to do everything by herself when it gets busy.

I got the Zaxby salad with the wontons and eggroll thinking it would be fun. The first picture is the burnt, oily, old eggroll that came with the salad. I went back through the drive in and asked for a replacement and have them the reason, with the person telling me they just got a new batch done (second picture) - still burned, and soaked with old oil. The salad itself I wouldn’t even eat because of the wilted lettuce and the absence of any chicken (see picture) , but I am on my lunch hour. I was charged over $15 for this CRAP - DON’T EAT HERE! It’s was my first time and I’ll NEVER return.

Zaxby is my go-to place when I need my wing fix. I almost always get the "Wings and Things" BarBQ with ranch to dip my fries, not the wings. I have eaten more meals here than anywhere else in the city. I am a chicken girl for life.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited over an hour for a salad and two kids meals. After 30 minutes went up there and asked about our meal. The ticket was sitting on the counter. Didn’t even give it to the people to make the order. Will not be returning. This is ridiculous.

The store was not busy so that’s not an excuse either

Do not go I asked for extra seasoning on my fries had zero seasoning on them and didn’t even receive my dipping sauces I only had 1 ranch when I was suppose to receive two with an additional Zax sauce for a meal I purchased and food was not fresh at all and I asked for a strawberry Fanta it taste like they mixed my drink with strawberry lemonade it was very fizzy but tasted nothing like Fanta so I called to speak to a manger they hung up on me once asked so I called back but never got the chance to get my point across cause they wouldn’t answer I use to work at zaxbys so this is very unacceptable PENSACOLA NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

Love their zalads and usually order wing sauce for dressing since it's lower carb and super tasty. Unfortunately they couldn't get "normal wing sauce." I received sugary bbq sauce twice. I've been in this location a few times over the last two months and there are issues with floor cleaners...the floor LOOKS very clean. I hope you find a floor cleaner that does not leave everyone's shoes sticking to the floor every step throughout the restaurant because I really like the food here but this floor issue makes it feel less clean.
