I really hate giving negative reviews, but this Zaxby's is the ABSOLUTE WORST!
The young lady at the drive through ALWAYS has an attitude, is very rude, and ALWAYS says she's been on the clock since 8am, no matter what time we get there.
We have tried to joke with her, tried to encourage her but her attitude is just nasty! I know it's hard to find people to work, but my goodness there needs to be something done to either relieve the pressure or change the staff.
The food is mid and the window lady is stressed and/or depressed.... she apparently hates her job. I even offered to pray for her.
My hope is that the owner of this location would do something about it.
Also it's 30 mins before closing and they barely had any food or drinks.
We have never gotten bad food here. But the employees/service is so out of whack. The employees will look lost and confused. To go orders have waited 15+ minutes for their order, when it was sitting on the counter. There is no idea where orders are (they could've been complete on the shelf, but no one knows and you could wait for a order that was actually finished). The staff are always nice and apologetic. But it is everytime, there is just something wrong with team and their cohesivness that just doesn't jive.

I made a catering order a week in advance and they delivered the food or the food was ready on time when I went to pick it up Great service enjoyed my experience Will definitely do this again

I was at Zaxby's on Creighton today for lunch. I ordered a salad. As soon as I opened the container a huge fly flies out of the lettuce. Here is another fly on top of the vegetable egg roll as you can see. 🤢
Employees in drive through not listening and making the order process complicated. Then decides to collectively laugh over the speaker for an easy order of lemon pepper fingers. Upset im not eating my lemon pepper fingers because of not wanting to deal with rude and unprofessional customer service

The pictures are from 2 separate days but both very disappointing coming from one of my favorite fast food places. The food was cold both times like it was sitting under a heat lamp to cook it. I also used to get larger portions on the finger basket but now all 6 of the chicken fingers are the size of what 1 used to be. Glad I never have to eat here again waste of 30 dollars so disappointed :(

Don't do Zaxbys much anymore, thought we'd give them a try again. Ordered online, simple enough. Went to pick up (Creighton location) and all was there, so we thought (6 meals ordered). Got home and discovered a missing snack box order. Another box order was missing an item of extra toast, and all drinks were full of ice though we ordered "light ice." Went back and got the missing snack box and toast, but we won't be spending any more money at Zaxbys.
