Low key probably best chicken sandwich in town. Yes I said it. Everyone is super nice and service is spot on rivaling CFA. Love the quality control check on your items before they serve. Just great. Nitpicking, but fix your drink machine. Seems up to 1/3 of options are always out!

My husband,daughter & myself went today after ordering we went to get our drink to find out there was no Ice. I then ask a worker about it was told " oh yeah about that we don't have any ice. I said ok well how do you want to the eat my dinner with nothing to drink he replied I can give you a refund for all your drinks. I told him I wanted a refund for all 3 meals which totaled around 48.00. Well then he was able to get us some ice from the drive thur machine. We went to get our drinks & half the drinks was out & the ones that was working was flat. I will not be going back to Zaxbys on Nine mile Rd in Pensacola Florida. The customer service wasn't good & neither was the service.

I had the grilled house salad. It was so fresh and delicious. I also had chicken tacos, and I enjoyed the fresh, tasteful Chipotle taco. The service was excellent.

The fries tasted like straight salt, and the chicken tenders like it was in grease with something burnt. In the past the food and service has been great. They also replaced the fries with no salt, and they were delicious. The service is good I had to wait and ask twice because they were so busy, which is a testament to how good they usually are.

There a piece of hair in my chicken bacon ranch loaded fries ?. The employees need to wear hair nets. It’s so annoying getting a hair in your food!!! I’m highly disgusted.? I would like a refund please!

Ordered 10 piece chicken tenders but only got 8. Isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. The chicken didn’t even taste good either, like it has been sitting under the heat lamps for hours
