Order the lemon pepper wings you can tell they were not fresh by how fast it came out when I opened the container I've never seen Wing pieces so small and they tasted like they had been recooked

I don’t like being stolen from if I could go zero stars I absolutely would, when someone orders something and pays for it I expect to receive that order in its entirety not just one part of it, it’s pretty convenient y’all were suddenly unable to give me a receipt because there’s an issue with the machine and it would of taken so long to print one, it’s also lovely that when you go and call it’s a constant busy tone every single time. So I will be making a theft report and filing this as fraud with my bank.

They literally always forgets to put the sauce with the food. I mobile ordered and put my specific sauce on there expecting to get it in my order and it wasn’t in there. Very disappointing w/out the sauce and just frustrating.

Cook the French fries extra crispy, extra sauce on the chicken tenders. And the food was cold. They just give you what they want you to have. And a manager was in the back cooking. Just sad 😔

Only location that you’ll get sick from, I got food poisoning from their chicken or it was their shrimp when they had that, either way it was horrible and a nightmare plus since then they have had to shut down at least two times due to bacteria issues and rodents, that was in the news and not made up. It’s not a Zaxbys problem it’s this location. The other locations on Creighton are just fine.

Unfortunately I don't have a positive review. I had one of the salads Monday night and hours later I became sicker than I've ever been in my life. I've always loved the food there but I know with out a doubt that was what made me so sick because I hadn't eaten anything else that day. I was vomiting and pooping blood all at the same time. I'm still unable to eat any solid food. I'm so sore that I can hardly stand to move around. I'm so weak I can barely stand. I've missed work all week. I had to go to the Dr. All of this over 1 salad. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. I probably won't eat from Zaxby's or any other fast food restaurant for a very long time. If ever.

I don't think we have these in Texas. Customer service was good. I like how the box is organized to easily set up your sauces. Fries are really good. Chicken was okay. Only real complaint is that for 30 strips you get 3 or 4 sauces and it's extra for more. That math doesn't math to me lol

There's always an issue with take-out at this location! Was told that they double-check the orders before bagging them, which is either a lie, or or they just don't care. This is how we received our, fried pickles. I contacted them and never received a response. Will not order from this location again!
