Best espresso on Fla, so far. We stopped in late, they were willing to make us drinks. Very polite, and they seemed interested in 'feeding' us.The Americano advertised as a dark roast, to me was medium and exactly what I wanted. Light bean character absent and charring so indicative of Starbucks, or someone's 'dark roast.'Complex sip-through plastic lids.FWIW, I tend to decant mine into a steel travel mug, usually cools it to a near ideal sipping temperature.

Excellent little spot right downtown. We were taking the back way from Wakulla to Orlando and stopped here for lunch. The Rueben and Roast Beef sandwiches were awesome, as was the dill pickle soup and the coffees we snagged for the rest of the drive. Service was top-notch as well.

We just came in for coffee, but we ended up ordering the veggie grilled sandwich and homemade soup of the day which was turnip greens soup. WOW! They both were out of this world. A lot of love and skill are in this food. The sandwich had grilled zucchini strips, roasted red peppers, onions, Kalamata olives, cheese and more. It was grilled and seasoned perfectly. The soup had turnip greens, beans and some kind of spicy sausage type of meat and seasoning that was DELICIOUS. I feel nourished and energetic rather than tired and sleepy like I do after eating common, unhealthy restaurant food. I wish this place were in my hometown because I’d then be able to come regularly for this delicious homemade food!

Traveling through from out of town, we stopped by for breakfast. We got the avocado toast and breakfast sandwich with a latte. Was able to use the wifi for work before enjoying our breakfast.

A quick stop on the way to Crystal River - fun entry and great interior. I was able to get a bit of work done and had a great sando and coffee. If you're a potato salad fan, it's a can't miss as a side. Tip: get the Southern Pig with an egg added!

Love to eat at this local family run bistro. Nice spot to meet a girlfriend for a quiet lunch or coffee and cake. The service is personal and friendly. Food is creative and delicious. Also, I usually pick up some delicious jam.

Backdoor Bistro is a small-town coffee cafe with delicious food and a great service staff. If you want breakfast or lunch, they have you covered with daily soup options and sandwiches with sides. If you like a club sandwich you must try the clubby it's huge! Also, try the gobbler!

Ordered southwest salad, spring mix lettuce was bad, complained, sever brought new lettuce, still bad, sever agreed, offered something else, but didn’t want anything else, never saw server again, had to go to register to pay, got charged for salad that wasn’t edible and I said you are going to charge me for that! And yes they sure did! Always loved the food there and they just lost us!
