I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The wife and I were heading across FL from Daytona Beach, and always love taking the scenic route. We stopped here for a little break from the road. We were welcomed instantly by the local patrons and bartender. She makes an awesome margarita. We actually didn’t want to leave, but had to get back on the road. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

This place is everything you need to bring peace to your day at the beach or as a regular spot. Staff is great and the food is fresh. 10/10 and will definitely recommend.
Black experience: There was a Confederate Flag on the roof which is a clear sign of race bias & Political posters. This bar also goes by the name "BIRD Rack." After experiencing a racist moment...(the telling of a black story leading to saying the "N-word" and more)... from a veteran and others defended him because of veteran status.
The environment will seem inviting until you speak on any issues presented.
Now for white people, you can enjoy pool, poker, and karaoke in comfort. Its a Big bar with plenty of space. Most like the pork stuffed hashbrowns. There are non pork options.
Drinks are a reasonable price... Good luck if you seek mixed drinks...this is a shot specialty bar.

This isn't so much of a review as it is a Thank You. I have been to this bar in the past, it was quiet and pleasant. The staff was friendly. We took my son here on his 21st birthday. When Hurricane Idalia hit us head on the Beach Bar was quick to respond giving out free hot meals and pallets full of supplies to the local community.
For several days when we were without power they provided food and cleaning supplies to my family, even Duracell batteries. The guy running the place encouraged us to bring food to our family members that were not present, and not to be shy obout taking things we needed.
Will I go to this bar as a customer again once things settle down? Absolutely.
Will I care what they charge me for a beer or food? Not one bit, but thier prices were reasonable when I went in the past.
So as you read this and wonder should I try The Beach Bar? Yes you absolutely should. Any establishment that gave as much as they did to the community in a time of crisis deserves a visit.
P.S. my wife said the Rum Runner cocktail she got when we went as customers was very good.

Is during the hurricane They offered the locals and anyone that needed Food water and emergency supplies My family is really blessed to have these peopleas well as the locals around here were making a full recovery, and it's because of these wonderful people like this
