Multiple incidents in which the overall transactions were unfavorable and unprofessional. I’ve tried to order from here via DoorDash and multiple times they have advertised food they don’t have. Only for my dasher to get there and then the order is cancelled. Way to waste both my time and the DoorDash driver’s time. Additionally, I pulled up a few days ago to the drive thru and noticed about 2-3 workers and 1 customer inside the building around 10:30/11pm. I tried to order chicken fries but was told they were out. I let them know to give me a moment to look for something else and was given major attitude and the employee repeated (and yelled I might add) that they were out of chicken fries… guess she was too busy hating her job to even bother to hear my initial response. Decided to leave instantly since it was clear she was both emotionally immature and lacked the ability to perform her basic job function. If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. I’d rather skip a meal for the day than ever get near this dumpster fire. Tip to management - maybe try to hire people with, what we call here in America, a work ethic.

Multiple times we have stopped at this location only to find the dining room closed and only being able to go to the drive through. We have had to pull forward and wait for our food due to then being severely understaffed.
The staff is friendly for the most part but it's obvious that they are frustrated by the lack of staffing.
Their order system has malfunctioned more than once for door dash orders, sometimes the staff doesn't even have the order ticket and they end up having to get the food ready after we arrive.

We had breakfast and it was still hot when we got it, It was late morning and they made us feel like it was early morning, the whole place was clean and the men's room was the cleanest I had seen in any fast food place in a long time

Order two cheeseburger for the $6. I can't put my finger on it but something about the meat did not taste right. I'm not sure what it was. It tasted bland and nasty and we literally throwed them out after the second bite.

Extremely slow service.Manager did not help her workers during lunch crisis. Helped with an order and that was it. Should have helped make sandwiches, fries, or drive thru. Laxadative caring from all.Sagging pants and using phones with gloves. No washing hands before putting on gloves after handling money.Cook had to be told how to do his job. Simple burgers she be remembered new employee or not.Noone knew how to work the drive thru window. Saw people getting out of line.I wouldn't go here for lunch and thankful I don't live in this town. That was ashame.
