Whatever you do, don’t ever ask for anything “out of the ordinary” or outside their narrow view of what a pizza can be.
I simply asked if you could use Alfredo sauce instead of ricotta on a pizza you already make. After a bunch of back-and-forth, she finally said she’d “see if it was possible,” while telling me it wasn’t “authentic Italian pizza.”

We had not eaten at Cucinellas in a while because the food was terrible thats being nice and they had cut portions to child size. We saw the sign New Management so we stopped and tried the Lasagna and garlic knots, let's just say we are in love. The Lasagna was out of this world and the garlic knots was awesome.
