Whewwwww! GOD BLESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We were just passing through and love trying new places. After reading reviews decided to stop.... we were a little nervous being black in an unknown small town... WE ENTERED AND WERE GREETED LIKE FAMILY. Big smiles and great service. We will be back! Next time... im bringing a bed lol

Excellent southern food and local delicacies! Hushpuppies with guava jelly! Fried mullet! Fresh shucked oysters! Fresh off the shrimp 🍤! Sweet tea! All my childhood favorites. The only thing missing was that my Granny wasn't cooking the food. The chef did a damn fine representation of those childhood taste memories!

We happened by this place on our way around Florida. Everything was delicious! We had the blackened shrimp with hush puppies, coleslaw and swamp cabbage and raw oysters. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

Parking: Their mullet backbones and cheese grits are phenomenal. Grew up eating backbones in Cortez FL. This is the first place since my dads that I have found them YUM!!

Absolute Electric
Unique extensive menu. The oyster soup was unbelievably delicious! The young waitress broke out the pogo stick which was a pogo stick with a tambourine. She beat it up around the restaurant to cotton eyed Joe song! It was adorable! Great experience and very reasonable prices. Old school prices and service. Awesome!
