I juat stop by for lunch late launch. There was no people at all. No cars line I can see through the window at the drive through the were No people, When I order my combo, the panel shows 12.99When I went and pay, they charged me 14.60 something. They said because it was the medium which is what I have. But the panel said 1299. They say because the small combo But the problem is my burger was single and I paid for double. The burgers are good, but how can they make wrong one sandwich? When is the only one they're doing? They don't pay attention or I don't exactly what is the issue.

Every other time I order here I don't get what I have paid for. I just ordered and paid for a double bacon cheeseburger and I got a single. I got charged for a double but I did not receive one.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! The food came out fast, hot, and fresh, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Everything tasted great, and you could tell it was made with care. The staff was super friendly, and the manager stopped by to check on us, which added a nice touch to the visit. It felt like they really value their customers. I will definitely be back for another meal! Highly recommend it!

Honestly this place is worse than McDonald's. Takes forever for someone to take your order, and even longer to get your food. I get it, you don't like working at Hardee's. But goodness. At least help everything flow so people can get their orders faster than 15 minutes. And it'd be nice if it was at least warm. Service with a smile? Not here. Sorry for inconveniencing you by asking for a burger.
Why is it this place will always do the mobile order, take your money, and then says there's no mobile order when you go to pick up. Meanwhile you wait days to get your cash back on your card.

we got the biggie deal and got charged 699 but inside the restaurant there is a thing on the counter saying 599 then we were told that they didn’t know how to change it and the lady at the register always has an attitude every time we come in the hamburgers tasted half burnt, and I ordered extra pickles and got no pickles
