Jin Jins is a straight fire, go to, never fails you restaurant. If you go at peak hours during lunch and dinner you’ll find one of the freshest most affordably delicious Chinese Buffets around. If you stumble in, not during peak hours, and the buffet doesn’t look too hot, just order a fresh plate to go and you won’t be sorry. They’ll also cook a fresh batch of anything on the buffet too if you need to Dine-in. Just make sure you eat plenty. Lol. They’re always super nice if you are. I recommend the Mexican chicken for a bit of spice, sesame chicken for a bit of sweet, the cream shrimp, ofcourse the fried rice and lo mein noodles, and cream cheese wontons w the red sweet and sour sauce. I’ve had alot of Chinese food from alot of different places and in comparison, Jin Jins has always delivered on taste and price. Highly Recommend.

Food was just okay. Only few items stood out...green beans the salt and pepper chicken and the egg rolls. Downs were the noodles rices and my hot tea. Very attentive and friendly. Might return despite the few roaches.

Always a friendly staff and the food is hot and fresh! I do dine in and take out, depending on my schedule. The inside and bathrooms can use an upgrade.

1st of all. My experience was 2 days after town of perry recieved electricity back after hurricane helene. Starting with the best, waitress was attentive to our drink needs. Food was nothing to complain about. Had buffet and maybe 20 options to choose from total, which was surprising based off looks. Looks wise, it's small and definitely looks sketch from outside and has old covid plexiglass in front of cashier. I've definitely had worse at nicer looking places. B+ overall
