Drive through line backed up. Lady taking orders couldn’t understood what I ordered. I drove around to the window, she still didn’t get it. I Ordered chicken tenders. Had to pull around & wait in another line for orders received. I Didn’t realize until I was a few miles down the road that I Received a 4 piece chicken dinner. (I was too far to take it back.) The chicken was cold & dripping in grease!! Not edible!!! Wasted my money!!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Didn't even have the chance to walk in the joint was told back to back by 2 different people how long it took to get there order that not to go in there unless we wanted to wait 30 mins and the fact that there were only 2 people working in there due to no shows for work so I'm giving it a 1 star I wouldn't even left that if I had a choice to give no stars

We were passing through and we were in a hurry to get back home which is an 1h+ so we decided to stop by and grab dinner, it was our first time at this particular kfc in perry and I ordered a 12 piece along with an additional pot pie, didn't look the best but the food is ok I don't care (the bathroom heavily stunk of weed) We patiently waited for the food but we hurried back to the car and assumed it was inside the bag with the sides. Once we got home that's when I realized we didn't get it, called back asap to get a refund because I was not going to drive back 1+ hrs for a pot pie so the lady tells me the manager is the only one who can issue a refund and to call back next day. Call in next day and the manager Miranda refused to give me a refund stating I have to be in store with my physical card. It's just $7.48 (I'm asur with tax)again I'm not driving 1+ hours back for that amount. Told me I have to call corporate KFC number and go through a whole process just for $7.47 and the corporate line told me that refund policies differ from store to store but usually a refund can be done without being physically there. So this particular business does not give refunds unless you are there in store. Absolutely ridiculous I'm never going to this kfc again. Corporate said they would email me back but who knows how long that's gonna take
Went to drive through ordered chicken sandwich and nuggets didn't get nuggets even though they made me specify what sauce for nuggets. Also my lemonade was just regular water with a hint of lemon
