Was supposed to get a caramel frappe and a caramel macchiato got whatever this is and they changed it without even asking couldn’t even fill them up everytime you come to Perry McDonalds something is messed up and there complaining about there job if they can’t do the job then they shouldn’t be there they obviously need some serious renovation with management cause it is unacceptable

We went during the week around lunch time. The drive thru employee was professional and efficient. The store has an area in the back that has a picnic table surrounded by full mature trees.nice place to enjoy our lunch..food was hot and fresh.
I I/22/2024 night shift manager needs to be fired or demoted cussing employees and acting very unprofessional not realizing the headset was on so everyone in the drive thru line could hear how she talked and acted towards the employees 34 minutes with no one taking orders or any food being sold

Took 40 minuets to receive my food. Did a mobile order that we were unable to cancel. When we got our food things were made incorrectly and did not look edible. Very understaffed. Drive through line was almost to the road. Horrible experience. Workers were very nice though.

This McD on this day was running extremilly short staffed. You could see they were busting their butts. The front cashier was not even there because she was helping make food orders. Sadly, we needed to pay with cash while everyone else used the kiosk. So, I had to ask two people if anyone was running the front. That is when I saw she was busting her butt too. Even with all that we got our order pretty fast and correct. So, to this McD way to go, I saw all of you doing the best you could and you did good.
