I’ve been buying there for years. I always try to stop on my way through town. I called ahead and they had “fresh “ cooked crawfish (my favorite!) Crawfish were slightly frozen ?(thawing out?) over salted, and a lot of “straight “ tails ?. I mentioned that to them and they had no idea what I was talking about . I bought two frozen fillets of grouper for my friends and as yet hasn’t been cooked so the jury is out on that. Very disappointed so I probably won’t stop anymore ?. It WAS a great place.

I was so excited to go here and get some grouper.Upon walking in I had thoughts of walking back out. It’s dirty.People areFriendly enough.I got a package of grouper and some salmon.Cooked the grouper this evening. I paid for bones and skin. The fish’s tasted fine, but I will just pay for it out. It’s an expensive fish for NO meat.Haven’t tried the salmon yet. I’m not holding my breath on That one.I won’t be back. What a disappointment.

Always great to be able to get fresh mullet and if they don't think the fish is good they will not put it out

A mans word means everything. The Owner is not a man of his word. specifically asked to be called when he was gonna have swamp cabbage, (he said he cant get his guy to get outta bed to go get any) he went thru the act of writing down the name and number (now I wonder if he even wrote it down) and when he got some, he sold it all, never made the call to us. I understand things are first come first serve, but this is not the way to do small town business.
