The food here is good but they have a few very rude employees. I went here on 12/08/24 for lunch, ordered the ghost pepper wings combo, now it comes with 1 side item and I asked if I could just get a biscuit instead of a side and the cashier rudely said "NO" I stated that the side was like $3 and a biscuit was like a dollar and he again said no. So I just told him to forget it and walked out. He could have at least said " let me ask the manager "....but he chose to be rude....

I went here again at the drive thru to get the ghost pepper wings and ordered biscuit and apple pies. We'll when they brought out my order they forgot the pies, when I got home the wings were just plain no seasonings at all. This is the last time I'll go to this location.

The last time I was in this restaurant, you could smell the Bathrooms from the counter, and they are more than 25 feet away. The service in this Popeyes, you can say there is none. It also takes you over 10 minutes to get someone to take your order. Then, it takes another 10 to 15 minutes to get it. By the time you get it, you have to hurry up and eat it to get back to your job as most only has 30 mins to get and eat lunch. Then, they need to get back to their jobs. So until they get on the ball, I don't think I'll be going back. And I live spicy chicken. The chicken is really good when you get it. But I think they can put more spices in when they make the spicy chicken.

This people must all be related to the manager or owner because nobody cares if they get fired, hence the poor rating and constant complaints. If you want good, prompt service, do not come to this place. They will be relaxing, chatting amongst themselves and when you have been waiting for more than 30 min, and the order is wrong the. They wanna act like you’re the one in the wrong. I will never be back to this place if it were the last thing to eat in Perry, Fl. Get your food somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your whole day here.
