This establishment is letting fraudulent online purchases and transactions flow through their store. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, don’t even know where Perry, Florida is, and I’ve had multiple orders for the SAME items for the past two consecutive days process through my Subway app. The orders are being placed for pick up at this Perry, Florida Subway, and they are letting them come in, pick up these orders and get away with it!! I have tried to call to report this to the employees at this location, but they REFUSE to EVER answer the phone. >> It is also possible that they are making these fraudulent transactions themselves, because this is all highly suspicious. I am reporting them to the authorities. I’d advise everyone to stay away from this location and please DELETE YOUR SUBWAY APP OFF OF YOUR PHONE. They have been hacked and are using your debit and credit cards for transactions.

WOW have times changed and here is a an exact example of inflation. One footlong standard subway sandwich with "special" cheese and a large soda for $18. WHAT HOW does any sandwich shop and its owner justify this. I don't want to hear anything about businesses struggling.....the only reason you should be struggling is do to you overcharging! What the hell!

Honestly, the employees (the prepper moreso than the finisher/cashier) seemed not to be a people person or doesn't actually like her job. She wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't friendly nor welcoming. If that kind of thing matters to you as much as it does me, then steer clear of this location.

Waited over 35 minutes for a Subway Club that tasted aweful. Very little or no customer service to speak of. Place was dirty. Very low end. I’d be embarrassed if this was my store. And they forgot our cookies we paid for. Suffice to say Subway is on our no fly list. We will not be back!!

Can’t even rate the food, walked out waiting in line when noticing the kid making sandwiches had greasy hair like he hadn’t washed in days with visible dandruff from 15’ away and no hairnet. Only reason I could rate 2 stars was because the restaurant was clean.

The service wad friendly but I had a coupon and there was no sign saying I couldn't get the 1 through 12. So instead of 17.99 coupon I paid 35.00 for 3 sandwiches. No sign nothing. I could have walked out and wasted the sandwiches but I paid for them. Never again. I don't recommend.
