Dont even bother stopping here. 1 of the 2 kiosks weren't working. No one comes to the counter to tale your order or help woth kiosk problems. Orders take 30 minutes to assemble. Maybe 2 employees in the store. Food wasnt correct. Everybody's confused. This store is embarrassing

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell in my life. Customer service was nonexistent, rude and unhelpful. I’ll never go here again and I’d advise others not to.

Food was good, place was clean, bathroom was clean. Service was extremely slow and they weren’t busy. Too much yackety yack back and forth not enough working with purpose and intention. Customers should always be acknowledged even when their food has been ordered from a kiosk. A simple, “Your order will be up soon“ Or, “Working on your order”, “Be with you in a moment” . Anything to let someone know that you know they are there and waiting. Also, employees on break should not hang out by front doors with other employees and friends. Customers do not want to walk through a group of people semi blocking the entrance. It doesn’t look good.

Terrible food today. The chalupa shell was chewy and the cinnamon twists tasted burnt and nasty. I returned the cinnamon twists to the young man at the counter informing him the twists were terrible tasting and the manager needed to change the oil. He asked me if I wanted the cinnamon twists. I said no. There were awful. He should have said something to the manager to remedy the problem and save other customers from experiencing bad tasting food. Very disappointing. I've eaten at this location several times and this was the first unpleasant experience I had.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Don’t buy the crunchy anything I assure you it will be rancid old, stale and smell like it’s was made in 1980. You know the smell of old tortillas? Staff aren’t nice. Just bad experience.

Very rude drive through cashier! Was trying ti rush through the order and no one was behind us. Supreme soft tacos were not Supreme and handed a wrong drink and charged extra for the wrong drink. Didn't realize until after we left. Horrible customer service!
