I had a great experience when Genie cut my hair she did such a wonderful job I tried to get back with her but she had left I'm really sorry that you did because she really knows how to cut hair. My next haircut not so good I could have cut it with myself and ended up with better results when it grew out it just looks so terrible. I hope that I can get somebody with a lot of experience behind them the next time I go. But I will not get another haircut like the last one I got i

Bakery products are pretty tasty but the service lacks a smile. They often have deep discount deals on stuff that is going out off date within a day or two.

My husband has attempted to use this salon for its convenience. Every time we have been less than satisfied. Everytime he is left with hair in strips that have been have by clippers, his hair is never cut the same, and it is never anything like we've told them. Today he came home looked like he belonged to a 90's boy band! They definitely need to get some type of QC in there. #cutsarecrap

Loyal Susie Bodiford customer here....she has more compassion for her clients than truly required! My daughter with Down Syndrome was completely terrified of getting her hair cut until Susie happened. And now she begs to go see Susie and get her hair cut. Susie was too good for your company and your lack of profit will confirm that because her loyal customers will follow her anywhere! Shame on you for not appreciating the genuine and talented stylist Susie is.

Well. I'm disappointed. I always went to SmartStyle, despite being on public display looking wild getting my hair colored, because I needed to see Susie. Sure, Susie always did a great job on my hair but that wasn't even the main reason for choosing her to be my stylist. She was basically like therapy for me. No matter what, Susie could make me laugh or help my day to become brighter. She's down to earth, loving, and as real as a person can be. I knew when I purchased a product from her it was because she meant it when she said I needed it, and not just because she wanted to make a sale. I'll miss seeing her while I'm shopping in Walmart, but I won't miss my therapy sessions because I'll just move all of my hair appointments to The Razor's Edge, where she is now. You can't replace someone like Susie.

The place has really gone down since Susie left. She was the best stylist. Down to earth. Very friendly. Never met a stranger. You guys made a terrible mistake letting her leave. The amount of revenue you are going to lose will prove this to be true. See, us country gals like to keep our hair done. We may not be exposed to the world and we might be a bunch of hicks but when you do one of us dirty, we all take offense and we will take our hard earned money elsewhere.
