Jimena's Taco Shop offers a delightful dining experience with their Mexican cuisine. The chicken enchilada plate is a satisfying portion, bursting with flavor and served with perfectly cooked rice. Their burritos are generously sized, encased in homemade, fried tortillas and filled with a variety of flavors. The carnitas are tender and juicy, while the guacamole is fresh and tasty. The carne asada in the Al Pastor taco is well-seasoned, lean and cooked just right. Although the salsas were found to be a bit watery, the overall impression is positive, and customers are eager to try more of their menu offerings.
