But First. Coffee Shop

Cute coffee shop located near the airport. The decor is very instagram inspired. Plenty of seating, clean and cozy. Very friendly staff. I had the pour over coffee with half and half, and the cinnamon roll. The coffee was good, not too bold but more acidic than I like. I found it interesting that they served it in a small water carafe and a glass instead of a mug. The half and half as served in an espresso cup. It was cute all delivered on a wooden tray.
The cinnamon roll was good in flavor, but it’s more of a cake texture than your typical gooey cinnamon roll. It was on the crumbly side, a little dry. I always look forward to that middle of the roll that’s all gooey and I didn’t get that with this one.
I really wanted to try their cookies, but they didn’t have any in the display case.
Over all, a good experience. Plenty of free parking in the lot.

Great people keep up the great service

First time I have an açaí bowl in my life so I can’t compare with anything else. It was awesome. Very flavorful and the toppings were generous without overpowering the açaí. You can tell that everything is made fresh in houses the pastries looked delicious (especially the rolls). The matcha was very good and didn’t taste like grass even if I didn’t put any sweetener. Highly recommended!

Good food and all the good vibe but the only thing it’s a little pricey I mean everyone that lives in Orlando is going through hardship. I don’t know how or why their prices are really high. All I had was a latte and the cinnamon roll and paid $19 that’s the problem with those kind of cafés. When they get busy or famous, they raise their prices.

The Owners are so welcoming and the food is delicious

This review is long overdue! I love But First and it’ first and foremost for how kind and welcoming the owners are. You can tell they train their staff to be the same way and it’s a core value for them It’s something I can appreciate. I loved my experience so much that I signed up for their coffee class - I learned so much for them and now I make amazing home lattes but still visit any chance I get! If you’re in the area, please skip the big places (Starbucks, foxtail), and come here. You will not regret and you’ll have the opportunity to support LOCAL! Sigan Pa’ lante!

But First, Coffee has amazing coffee—and even better staff! The way they treated my family and me was truly first-class. Their attention to detail and friendly service made our visit extra special. I definitely recommend it 100%!

This is a Christian cafe, and Christian messages are posted everywhere. The music is Christian. If you’re into that kind of thing, then this is a very friendly spot for you.

The smell of the cleaning products were overwhelming and unpleasant.

Otherwise, the cafe had great coffee drinks. I didn’t try plain coffee, but the latte I tried was fantastic, not cloyingly sweet. Avocado toast was 4/5, so not bad.

Very limited vegan menu.

Literally the BEST coffee I have had in such a long time. Everything is fresh, made in house - including the coffee syrups.
The first sip of the Spanish latte and my husband said “oh my gosh this is amazing”. Truly that latte was delicious in every way. Smooth, perfectly sweet and creamy. The flan latte was also delicious and such a unique flavor that we loved. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks to Google Maps for randomly finding this coffee shop for us.

Wow — this is a GREAT find. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of wonderful coffee, awesome pastries and a superb ambience, try But First, Coffee. This is my first visit here, but I will be back every morning during this trip to Orlando!

I had a DELICIOUS Spanish coffee and really filling Açaí bowl. I thought the prices were high but the portions made up for it. Really nice atmosphere and service as well.
