“We went her for my daughter's graduation night from UCF. It was a 10 pm reservation. The menu has excellent selection. We tried many items and all were delicious. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. It was a little cold in the restaurant, but maybe that's to keep the sushi chill. We loved it and will visit again.”

And the star of the show besides the great cooks was Pen! She was so awesome and sensor from her greeting at the door to her interactions with my two daughters. Who just thought she was so nice and Awesome. The appearance of the food was amazing when it arrived at our table and the taste was even more amazing. “It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.”

“My husband surprised me with dinner at Edo Boy for my birthday, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Orlando.

We did the Baller Set omakase, and every course felt like a work of art. The quality of the fish was exceptional some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had and each bite was carefully crafted with flavors that were both creative and perfectly balanced.

One thing I loved was that the experience felt fun and interactive. Instead of a traditional seated omakase, we stood at the sushi counter, which made it feel more casual, social, and engaging. Watching the chefs prepare each course right in front of us added so much to the experience and gave us a chance to appreciate the skill and attention to detail behind every bite.

Some of my favorites were the Toro & Caviar, Salmon Crunch, XO Hamachi, OG Smash, and the incredible seared nigiri. The combination of bluefin tuna, uni, caviar, truffle, and other premium ingredients was absolutely amazing without ever feeling overdone. Every course had its own personality, and somehow each one seemed better than the last.

The atmosphere was intimate, energetic, and unlike anywhere else I’ve been in Orlando. My husband and I found ourselves talking about each course long after we ate it, trying to decide which was our favorite.

If you’re a sushi lover or looking for a unique spot to celebrate a special occasion, Edo Boy is absolutely worth it. Between the incredible fish, creative preparations, and interactive standing omakase experience, it was the perfect birthday dinner.”

“My wife and were anxiously waiting for this restaurant to open. We went this Friday (May 5th) and were not disappointed. First, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The ambient music was at a perfect level with a definite South Beach feel. We interacted with several servers and each of them provided excellent service. The menu has enough diversity to satisfy anyone's tastes. To start, we had an appetizer that consisted of scallops covers in parmesan cheese that was melted at the table with a torch. For our entrees, I had a beef dish (Lomo Saltado), while my wife had a pork dish (Arroz chaufa with pork). Everything was delicious. They have quite a few specialty drinks in their cocktail menu. We each had a different drink and both were very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Piscos and look forward to going back.”
