Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar offers an exceptional dining experience with a vibrant ambiance and delicious Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant's Peruvian-inspired decor creates a lively atmosphere that complements the high-quality food. Customers consistently praise the restaurant for its authenticity, presentation, and the attentive service from the staff. The food is the true star, with authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. Highlights include the ceviche, the Piscolomo salteado, and the dessert, suspiro lamento. The extensive cocktail menu, including the traditional Pisco Sour, enhances the overall experience. While the restaurant may be a bit pricey, it is recognized for its lovely staff and magical dining experience.
However, some recent reviews have noted inconsistencies in the service and quality of the food. Concerns include rushed and impersonal service, lack of attention to detail, and dishes that were not as delicious as remembered. The ceviche, in particular, was described as poorly presented and disappointing. Despite these occasional issues, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those seeking an authentic Peruvian dining experience in Orlando.
