I have not had a pizza in almost a year. I have been to this one before and it was good. I ordered the X-Large (16") Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa. When I picked it up it was in two boxes. They had run out of the X Large boxes, OK no problem. I got home opened it, looked like it had been sitting there a week. Amazing service ! My online order kept getting cancelled and when I called a gentleman named AJ helped me place an order over the phone as well as give me a little extra off for my misfortune with the website! His kindness alone is why I’m writing this! Thank you so much!

This is an example of customer service. I was having a "late" day and needed something quick an easy for lunch. Picked it up walking to the car mostly because of the way I was holding the box it opened enough and most of my pizza fell out. I went back to wash my hands and they made me a new one. I even told them it was probably my fault. Lunch was saved and my day got better!
