I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I purchased lemon pepper and mild wings, and what I received was far from acceptable. The wings were clearly not fresh — they were soggy, watery, and completely lacked flavor. It honestly felt like I was served reheated, microwave-quality food.
This is unacceptable for any business serving food to paying customers. I expected quality and consistency, and instead, I received something that felt careless and rushed.
I sincerely hope you address these quality control issues moving forward, but as for me, this will be my last time doing business with you.

The food wasn’t good. We ordered 15 wings and a Philly combo. The wings were edible but not good at all. The sweet n tangy flavored ones tasted like Carolina gold sauce aka honey mustard. Not good. The hot lemon pepper was absolutely disgusting, zero flavor at all. You can see in the picture the wings are literally naked. Normally, when you get hot lemon pepper, it’s essentially buffalo wings with lemon pepper seasoning. They were absolutely bland just by looking and taste even worse. Not a lick of hot and definitely not any lemon both flavors are hard to miss even if they are lightly sauced but there was simply just no sauce on the wings at all only the smallest amount of salt and pepper. No ranch in the bag for either items ordered despite ordering it for the wings and sandwich, so the food was even worse because everything was just dry. They gave a lot of fries but those too had absolutely no salt on them at all (the picture was taken at home after adding my own seasoning). The Philly cheese was probably the only decent thing, although the meat was a bit dry because there was hardly any cheese and absolutely no mayo on it, despite it being advertised with mayo. I only got about 3 good bites that had cheese and the rest was dry meat and bread. They seem to have a lot of good reviews, so I don’t know maybe it was just a mishap with our order. Maybe they were just rushing to get the food out and missed a few critical steps like saucing the wings properly, providing advertised condiments, and adding the appropriate ingredients to the dish like the mayo on the sandwich and salt on the fries. The little older cashier lady in the front was honestly so sweet I wish the food was good. I don’t understand the hype of this restaurant. Service was a 7/10 (would’ve been better if the condiments ordered were actually put in the bag) but a 0/10 for the actual food. $30 wasted we wouldn’t come back. Definitely NOT the best wings and phillys in town like they claim.

Good food all around. I got the Philly cheese steak and 4 piece wing combo with fries. The steak was good, just as good are Charley's or any other sub places. The wings are really nice. The Sweet and Tangy are popular and I got them too, no complaints and good taste. The atmosphere is like any takeout Chinese place where you order to go and leave. No dining in and no seating except to wait a few minutes for your food to be made to order. The staff is nice and friendly as well. You can spend between $7-15 depending if you just want 6 pieces of wings or a full combo meal like I did. I got Philly steak, 4 piece wings, and fries for about $13 after tax. No drink. Pretty solid and worth the price. You can get 10 wings for the same price or slightly cheaper from here as well.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The wait time was not long at all and we ordered a well done burger with all the fixings (except onion and pickles on the side), French fries and a 4 piece sweet and tangy wings, a Philly cheese steak and 4 piece buffalo wings. The freshness of the food and the efficiency of service was great. I would recommend A & T over other places in the area!!
The lady at the register was very busy could have been a little better what the customer service. The food was great for the price as well as very good portion of food. Was season well and good tasting ?
