HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT BE BACK. I didn’t come for the cheap 2$ pizza Tuesday I ordered pasta . And the workers are over worked or understaffed and stressed. Came in cause my order was said to be ready why is it 20 minutes after my pickup time and I’m still waiting. Yeah I won’t be back *I also want to note they don’t answer the phone on Tuesdays apparently, very rude. Because I’m In my car now calling trying to talk to a manager .
Today was my first day trying out pizza from the pizza hut on pinehills and I was disappointed. Warning to the people who order pepperoni pizza with no cheese it comes out burnt. But when we returned because they messed up our order, they forgot one of our pizza. They said they were going to redo the entire thing which I thought was weird but the girl grabbed the boxes fast. From us so i was like ok, we got the food and they burned the pasta, the pepperoni on both of the pizzas one with cheese and the other without, and overcooked the breadsticks. I'm not going back there again, the first pasta and breadsticks and pepperoni pizza was fine although the pepperonis were burned it wasn't as bad as the replacement. Btw if you return back with a complaint they do get upset no matter how nice you try to be about it. And they didn't give us the marinara sauce for our breadsticks both times.

I ordered the ranch lovers flight and all the cups are nearly empty. I even paid extra to replace one of the ranch cups with marinara and they barely filled it halfway.

The manager here is very rude and mean and can’t take a joke told me to mind mines 😩it’s Saturday and I made a quick joke however idk maybe he was having personal issues that day but maybe Juan the supposedly manager with horrible customer service and no people skills threw my order on the counter said here u go and walked off 🤣🤣🤣im just over it im not even eating this place
This is the third time this has happened so I will never order from the store again! My order was completely wrong from start to finish! I ordered Two Large Stuffed crust pizzas with three toppings. Both pizzas were not stuffed crust and I was charged extra. The first pizza was missing a topping (had jalapeños which was not what I ordered and was not cooked completely because it was soggy. The second pizza had the wrong base sauce ( I ordered garlic Parmesan and I was given barbecue sauce as a base), 2 out of 3 toppings were correct ( I ordered grilled chicken and I was given onions), and the pizza was also not cooked completely. I spent money on two pizzas that were ridiculously wrong!

GROSS!! Im tired of paying for prepared food that is SLOPPED together and so unappealing to look at that I lose my appetite. All of my extra sauces were piled underneath my breadsticks , in a bag that was taped shut - Again, GROSS!!

So I got Pizza Hut today and ordered a personal pan with no beef, no pork, bacon(pork yes) no mushrooms so really a personal pan pepperoni, bacon, onions and peppers. I received a personal pan with pepperoni and bacon. I was like whatever cause it was just a personal pan and I had it delivered because I have no transportation. After that second bite I was like no cause I really needed to have those onions and peppers. So I called the store to let them know. I spoke with Josie who listened to my complaint, apologized about the confusion and sent me my corrected pizza. I didn’t think I would get a replacement but I did. I’m appreciative because my daughter was like who eats food mad, It was me..I was gonna eat my pizza mad because I didn’t think Pizza Hut would think it was worth the fuss but Josie did and that is awesome customer service. Thank you Josie.
