“Hey there! I wanted to tell you that I recently placed an order for a drink, however, due to an error in the app, I requested it at the wrong location that was actually further from where I was. Despite this, the staff at this branch was extremely kind in preparing my drink at their location and without charging me any additional costs for my mistake. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided. I will definitely continue to visit this place!“
