“I came to this Starbucks just today for the first time, and I am so glad that I did. I was served and helped by Miabella and Mariellis! They were so kind and welcoming. I felt both calm and at peace throughout my stay and time there. Although I stayed close to closing time, they did not rush me and remained kind.

The store was very clean and organized, and the music set the right amount of ambiance without being too loud or distracting.

“I had an interview/career discussion in the area so stopping by Starbucks to do some follow up was super convenient. I grabbed the Falafel pocket with Sriracha sauce. Where I had my interview I was offered complimentary coffee so I was good on that end. The Falafel pocket was the perfect treat to power me through a 30 minute assessment I needed to complete. If you want a Starbucks that has a great view, this one is right on the water. You can go on a short stroll to enjoy the view.“

“I went into this Starbucks at around 8:55, literally right before closing (they close at 9), and I just wanted to say how impressed I was. There were only two people running the whole store, I think their names were Emerie and Bryson, and they still gave me and my dad amazing service.

Even though they had already cleaned the machines and were mopping the floor, they were super polite, patient, and didn’t rush us at all. You could tell they were tired but still made the effort to be kind and professional, which honestly you don’t see that much anymore.

They really went above and beyond, and I just wanted to give them credit because they definitely deserve it.“

“Drive thru area was clean, service was exemplary, The only thing was the register at drive thru was down and all apple/google payments were required to provide the phone the employee so they may process through the front registers. Giving the phone to someone you don't know can also be incriminating. This should not be happening at a Starbucks.“

“I often visit this Starbucks and am usually satisfied with the service, which is why today’s experience was disappointing. The coffee was very hot, so I politely asked for a paper sleeve. The employee told me I needed to wait, and the tone felt quite unfriendly.
It would be more convenient to place sleeves on hot drinks right away or keep them easily accessible for customers. Friendly communication also makes a big difference. I hope this will be taken into consideration.“

They didn't have one of the ingredients for the frappuccino I usually get, and I was about to leave, but he confidently offered to make me something similar instead. “I can’t complain about other Starbucks honestly because they’ve all been positive experiences but nothing to write home about. This one in particular though is worth writing home about though. I used to go to this Starbucks a lot because it was the closest to my old job. I finally came back after almost a year and everyone instantly recognized me. Most Starbucks employees will just forget you the next day but at this one they employees actually care about you and getting to know you. Everyone chats and says hi and bye. I had a spicy falafel pocket and it was nice and hot just like I like it, for the first time at Starbucks I never had to ask to put it back and microwave it. Pumpkin Chai also just hit extra different today I don’t know why but I guess they just made it with love. Every employee here is very competent and friendly and everyone is your friend. Not to mention this location is also very well maintained and extremely clean. To all the employees who are reading this comment section. It’s me Max and I love you guys. “I want to say Thank You to Bari.
And I feel it’s my duty as someone who use to work for Starbucks and now I’m a server bar tender at another restaurant. And I use to work for The Kendall Drive Bakery Location and I use to work for this very same drive through during the pandemic when you guys where understaffed and asked me if I wanted to help out.
I got sent home from work and did a mobile order, cause I had to file a police report on a guy who got out of his car and called me a immigrant ( also being Hispanic) and punched my car and tried to intimidate me. And that built up anxiety and sadness none of my food from last night or this morning digested properly I felt heavy dizzy nausea and bad. So even coming here to make myself feel better before I go home after crying in front of a manager. Even debating with my manager about a guest that complained but had everything they wanted it only took long because they wanted to occupy a seat that was already taken.
Bari really recognized me and kinda forced me out my shell by saying hi even when I was trying to just walk in with anxiety and dip.
But typing this now I teared up cause it was just so refreshing after even sometimes trying to get to the Starbucks parking lot and running the stop signs and trying to deem you a idiot could be stressful probably for even you guys getting to work.

Thank you sometimes a simple hi and human kindness can brighten someone’s day.
As a server myself at a high class restaurant her awareness, memorization of my order, her smile, her effort was amazing.

“My AM coffee is always fresh, hot, delicious at this Starbucks. Other Starbucks? Not so much.
The staff here is friendly and gracious, and the service is immediate--even when crowded.
The surroundings are clean, and the background music thoughtful and original.
Special thanks to the new guy, Moises, who shares the lovely manners exhibited by all the other baristas. Whoever is running this store knows exactly how to hire and train and maintain.

I ordered a Matcha Latte with almond coconut milk and white chocolate foam (yes, that combo is chef’s kiss), and it was hands-down one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had anywhere, smooth, not too sweet, and the white chocolate foam gave it this creamy, slightly indulgent finish that made my morning.

What really makes this location stand out though is the exceptional service. Adriana and her team are incredible, super friendly, fast, and genuinely make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. You can tell they care about getting your drink right and making your day a little better.

I’ve been to a few other Starbucks in the area, but honestly? This one is on another level. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or want a place to sit and chill for a bit, this is the go-to spot in Brickell. Place could be a little bigger to accommodate everyone, but it is impecable.

Highly recommend trying that matcha combo too, you might get hooked like I did. 💚“

“I live 5 mins by the Sky lake location but would prefer to drive down 15 mins to this location instead. Hands down my favorite location. Some customers can be rude for no reason cause they having a bad day. Like be patient! these people are doing all the can. Never have an issue even if my drink was made wrong they always willing to remake it even when I say just add a lil this or that in my current cup they still would make me a new one. Great team!“

“I have been going to starbucks since they ever opened up. Iam at starbucks faithfully everyday. I have been too many if not all starbucks in south florida, but one things for sure this location on 8th street has been the best starbucks I have ever gone too! The staff is amazing and I mean very amazing, professional, friendly and they create a family atmosphere here. At some stores it may be maybe one or two baristas....but honestly, at 8th street I have had nothing but ongoing positive encounters with everyone there! Everyone in there has been top notch all though I will say the manager and my favorite Barista Shantel...they are my favorite. Shantel is so sweet and friendly and she does awesome ( the best barista).She is a very hard worker there but she multitasks very well! She is just number one. Overall they are like a extended family now. Again, not just great people but the best coffee as well. They're on top of their game. Some starbucks are disappointing when my drink tastes off or different. And I order the same thing over the years. This is the ONLY starbucks I go to where basically all the baristas get my drink made right. And this is so important to a customer coming to spend money everyday. Because as I stated before, I spend tons of money at starbucks and some stores have disappointed. But I have been going to 8th street starbucks for maybe 3 years straight now because I live near the area and I have never gotten a bad coffee no matter who made the coffee. I could go on and on about the the people, the service the drinks etc. I just want to say thank you to this particular starbucks because the team there is the greatest and the start my busy work days off great with not only very good coffee made right, but these are wholesome and genuine people, which is rare in Miami sometimes. I really really appreciate the people just for the people they are....then the coffee!!!! And they are skilled at making crafted coffee. Coffee is a major part of my day so its a blessing i found this particular starbucks. I recommend this starbucks to anyone who wants great coffee and friendly people.“

“Opening this Starbucks just south of LeJeune Road on the southbound lane of US 1 may have seemed crazy at the time, but it was crazy like a fox. A great alternative to the Starbucks across from the Coral Gables campus of UM, this one has a drive-thru lane and always some parking. Service is great. It's like our own personal place.“

“I’d say this is about 5 min from my house, come here pretty often and pretty often everything is okay.

Some things I think can be done to improve the guest experience,

1.Smile, there are about 2 employees out of ALL of them that actually make guest feel welcome. 4/8 8:57am, the skinny gentleman with the black glasses in register. He works like guest owe him something, no hello, no smile, just raw dead eye energy. Dude, Smile even if you have to fake it, it’s not that serious. ON THE OPPOSITE END gentlemen with the glasses, tall and always has a beanie, GREAT. I see him killing himself and still smiles and talks to guest.

2. There are many times we walk in and it’s smell like pee, or the dinning room is a mess.

3. Please call out names, I’ve sat in here 100 times and our order is ready and no name gets called out.

Again everything is based on my personal opinion of someone that comes pretty often.“
