“This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Miami! After retiring from a very non stop career with the US Government, I can now enjoy a nice cup of coffee while reading a book. I go every single day for coffee in the morning and some breakfast. The baristas are absolutely amazing! All of them! They treat me like family and they’re now family to me. You can’t ask for better people and superb service. Love them all!“

“I had such a great experience here yesterday around 8am. A young guy helped me out and his service was amazing. They didn't have one of the ingredients for the frappuccino I usually get, and I was about to leave, but he confidently offered to make me something similar instead. It turned out delicious, even better than I expected.

“I had an interview/career discussion in the area so stopping by Starbucks to do some follow up was super convenient. I grabbed the Falafel pocket with Sriracha sauce. Where I had my interview I was offered complimentary coffee so I was good on that end. The Falafel pocket was the perfect treat to power me through a 30 minute assessment I needed to complete. If you want a Starbucks that has a great view, this one is right on the water. You can go on a short stroll to enjoy the view.“

“Love this location. It’s my go to twice a week when I wait for my daughter to finish sheer.
There’s always a clean place to sit. My drinks are made to perfection and team always offers genuine hospitality and service.

“Good cup of black coffee, first time in a while. The barista cared even do it was a cup of regular coffee. Nice and clean. A welcoming experience. Friendly response when my daughter ask for water. Note, I did have a problem locking the bathroom door.

“Our next family Coffee adventure take us to Starbucks located in TAMIAMI eith a category of 5.0 with only two reviews, this store makes the difference, an experience you'll want to repeat no matter the price you pay.
The first thing that caught my attention was how they treat the costumers like
family. Afterwards, everything is clean and organized, which gives you confidence in the quality they offer.
Each drink is a demonstration of the professionalism and perfection of a barista who loves what he does.

“I had an outstanding experience at this Starbucks recently, largely thanks to an employee named Sam L. It is rare to find someone his age, who takes such genuine pride in their work and truly cares about providing excellent customer service.

Even as the store was approaching closing time, Sam was focused and thorough, making sure the floor was swept and the tables were spotless. He clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure his job is done right and that customers are treated well. “I simply had to make the time to write this review. The staff at this Starbucks is simply stellar. They go out of the way to provide top quality, friendly service and truly make you feel like they care. I have been going to them on Saturday mornings to get coffee for my class, and they are patient and attentive. They try to find the best, most affordable combination for all my students. They include cream and cups and pack different types of sugars and stirring sticks. Honestly, my experience couldn't be better. It is a treat to have them on campus. “Very unique place from Denver. Was in downtown Miami at 2nd Street (I think.). Stopped in for a mocha and sausage egg burrito. I really didn't have any interaction with staff but I watched those that did and cannot complain. The staff were attentive, called out names, courteous and efficient. This location did not have any seating. It was order or pickup and go. Very contemporary and clean. I liked the board that told you where you are at in line for your order. The mocha was good with almond oatmeal and cinnamon. The burrito was good but lacked flavor-needed some sirracha hot sauce. I appreciated the fact that it was hot and not warm-hot. It is a short walking distance from the Hyatt Regency, which is a short walk to the Wholefoods market. Starbucks is around the corner of Wholefoods. Around this location, one can see the free public transit system above, great too people and heavy traffic watch. LOL“

The place is clean, well organized, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, but what truly makes the difference is the service.
I would especially like to highlight Stacy, an exceptional barista. Her kindness, smile, and dedication make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. She is incredibly attentive and professional, and you can truly feel the passion she puts into her work. She takes care of every detail and always offers a warm, genuine, and human touch—something that’s not easy to find these days.

“Opening this Starbucks just south of LeJeune Road on the southbound lane of US 1 may have seemed crazy at the time, but it was crazy like a fox. A great alternative to the Starbucks across from the Coral Gables campus of UM, this one has a drive-thru lane and always some parking. Service is great. It's like our own personal place.“

“My AM coffee is always fresh, hot, delicious at this Starbucks. Other Starbucks? Not so much.
The staff here is friendly and gracious, and the service is immediate--even when crowded.
The surroundings are clean, and the background music thoughtful and original.
Special thanks to the new guy, Moises, who shares the lovely manners exhibited by all the other baristas. Whoever is running this store knows exactly how to hire and train and maintain.

“I only had a coffee, I don't give it 5 stars because it's not my favorite place, I don't like their coffee, but I'm not used to drinking American coffee, I'm Cuban, strong coffee is my favorite, and if I have to drink some mix I prefer Mac Donald's cold “

“Stopped by Starbucks and ordered an iced white mocha with vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle along the sides; so good. The drink was smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced, and the cold foam made it even better. Exactly the kind of drink you want when you need a little pick me up.

The store was clean and had a nice, relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a really solid Starbucks experience, and I’d definitely order the same drink again!“

“Why you all are complaining about some little things. Sam you are always complaining all over. Yes, I have noticed that yes, this place is always, always understaffed. I have been inside and there is like two people for the whole store while they have drive-thru and inside clients. Nevertheless, the staff is not at fault here, the fault is of the manager, or anyone on charge or schedule personnel. For such a store with high demand, they should have at least 5 people each turn. I at a hospital and there is a Starbucks inside and I have counted up to 11 people in the Starbucks there. Life is too short to act and complaint for nothing. I come at all times after work on my way home. And the entire staff is super sweet. Etan, Bella, Hailey, Abby, Tara, Yovanka, Saeed. Everyone is super welcoming and have an amazing attitude. So, if you complain, is not them, is you and your spoiled entitled behavior. I read all your comments, and you are all spoiled brats. Complaining about foam, little or more ice. First, i read half foam? How will you give half foam if they have specific measures. I was spoiled like you all, and one time i did request half pump. (i new the name that day) so i was explained that the pump discharge automatically a full pump so there is no way to give you half. Unless i accept that it be remove with a spoon and even though, there is no way to know if it was half or the right amount. We are paying for the price of coffee not to be kissed on the ass. There is a limit as of what to demand and what not to. You are all extreme.“
