“During our shopping trip to the Dolphin Mall, we stopped for a pick-me-up at Starbucks. Our coffees and tea were delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that they upcharged me without my permission. I asked for a tall drink but got charged for a grande. I know the baristas are told to do this by the managers/owners, but I feel like I don't want to support this practice by continuing to stop here. I probably should have gone back and said something when I noticed the issue. It's happened before that I was asked if I wanted a larger size when I had asked for a tall drink, but this was the first time my original order was disregarded and changed to a larger one. Not nice.“

“Well at the Publix right now usually I like it hot and cold but I'm always good for a cup of water tap water so by the time I drink coffee everyday it will always be the Starbucks in the one in the Publix on Biscayne is the best to keep me up on my water drinking and I can drink all the coffee right now even if you can experience it Starbucks“

“I love this Starbucks, it has the perfect vibe to study, to meet up with friend, or to simply sit and enjoy your drink. The workers are really friendly. But my best experience yet was today! I had an Iced caramel macchiato, the BEST COFFEE I've ever had! You could taste the process of the coffee bean, the flavors were so clean, you could taste the caramelized roast of coffee beans, and all the flavors came together so beautifully. “I love that this Starbucks is located inside of Target! Sometimes there can be somewhat of a long line but that's understandable since it's inside of target and most of the time there is only one person working there. The baristas are always so friendly and get the drinks out fast! However, sometimes the drinks don't taste consistent to the other Starbucks and sometimes the baristas aren't as knowledgeable on the drinks as in other Starbucks. They were wearing their masks and had shield by the register and pick up area which was great. The seating area was a bit dirty and isn't cleaned often enough.“
“The ladies team here on Sunday 11/5/23 Coconut Grove at around 9:30am deserve a hug and a big Bonus!These ladies (Supv Johanna & Team) are dealing with an avalanche of orders coming from all sides in such a professional way… For the wait we had to undergo we would be sending in a complaint, but after seeing this team in action for quite a few minutes we have to conclude they are Retail Heroes…However, they do deserve more support from you as Manager.With all the pressure, these ladies delivered exactly as ordered and were still in a good friendly attitude. “Closest Sbux to Costco; we used this double stop for less expensive gas, clean potties and caffeine refills while heading to/from Key West.Large parking lot, as they share a building with a juice business and are in a large plaza with a Bonefish and other businesses. There is a patio with table, chairs and umbrellas out front - and trash cans! (Odd note but we always have trash during our road trip stops.)Artwork is large and colorful, creating a more bright/clean feel. Retail wall is stocked and neat. Bathrooms were clean, although women's needed a TP replenishment during our second visit. During our first visit we tried the Oleato Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Toffeenut - we were skeptical and wonderfully surprised! It was delicious.During our second visit we ordered old favorites: Iced Black Tea and a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino, girls also talked us into cake pops.The partners working each visit were pleasant and efficient taking our orders and preparing our beverages.“
“The workers at this starbucks are extremely sweet! Their hospitality is amazing. They always make sure to welcome customers that walk in and thank them on their way out; they always have a smile on their faces. Not to mention, they make the drinks perfectly. I have been to multiple different starbucks and this starbucks makes my drinks the best. I went today and there was only two people working and the way they work together to balance is exceptional. The worker Gabriela is always there when I go and is super kind to everyone. Even if she is working alone, her work ethic is admirable. I definitely recommend coming to this starbucks.“
“This is a very nice Starbucks located on the NE corner of Sunset and 117, and it's an ideal spot for anyone who wants to sit and study, work from their laptop, meet up with a friend for coffee, or just get out of the house. The store is very spacious with a mix of large and small tables, couches, and lots of outlets, and the drinks are always good - I've been coming here for years and can only think of one or two times I've ever been unhappy with my drink. The people who work here are very friendly, though sometimes it gets very loud and raucous with all the yelling back and forth about orders. I will say, I don't think all the employees are fully trained on Starbucks' policies, as I've been turned away more than once for trying to use a clean reusable cup, once because it "wasn't Starbucks brand", and another time being told "we don't do that here", even though their policy is to use any reusable cup a customer provides (they still served me, they just wouldn't use my cup). Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks in the area and I am happy to continue coming here to get a little WFH done.“

But the taste of the coffee is not that good, and if they offer a variety of drinks, some are good, others are not, and they do not maintain the quality of the drink. 2 days you buy the same drink and the preparation is different.But I go like everyone else out of custom and tradition.“
“First time that our experience to any Starbucks was excellent all the way around. We were provided with excellent customer service by everyone. For premade heat and serve sandwich, both the sausage/egg and double bacon were both very tasty. Our caramel Macchiato's were made perfectly. The sitting area was clean.“
“Drinks and food are consistently great but service can be super slow at times, especially in the early morning around 6am during the week. My tip is to order in advance, at least 10 min before your arrival time. For example, this morning (Tues) I ordered in advance as I usually do and the app indicated that my order will be ready by 6:17am. I didn't get back to my car with my order until 6:25. I saw two staff, one making drinks and the other managing food and in store orders. There were others waiting as well. Usually I don't mind waiting but it can be frustrating when everyone is trying to get to school/work at the same time.“
“LARGE Starbucks with many tables, outlets, etc. Really love the layout, usual cool Starbucks atmosphere and food & beverage options and helpful service from Tatiana & Andrea. Visit this location! Parking is the only thing that MAY be an issue as the mall is undergoing construction/renovation however there are plenty of parking spaces on the opposite side of the mall if you don't mind walking a little. It was worth the short walk.“

He always takes time to ask me how I’m doing, and he remembers my order, and even reminds me when I choose the wrong fixings by accident, lol. The employees at this location are great!“

“came here the other day and i'm glad to say I enjoy coming here to grab my cup of freshly brewed coffee :) the staff were extremely nice and not only they welcomed me but complimented my fabulous outfit! a young man with gorgeous eyes took my order but this time I wasn't sure what I wanted so he recommended this delicious drink called a ice caramel macchiato but with soy milk! A young lady with cute clips handed me my drink and said "have a nice day enjoy!" i replied "thank you" and she replied back "you're soy welcome!" i let out a giggle and we both had a cute moment. AND LET ME TELL YOU HOW DELICIOUS THE COFFEE WAS! the lines at this location goes crazy! since they're placed near popular stores and they're a popular coffee shop too, so their lines may over lap the Claire's that's right in-front of them. since this location is way smaller than others they can't fit too much employees so I understand if my food or drinks take a minute for it to be ready. I totally recommend this location, I come here often and the staff is extremely nice and their food goes over the top!“

“The Balcony is great, hosting both indoor seating in the cafe and outdoor seating with trees and a fountain. It's a peaceful oasis in an otherwise busy area of town. I enjoyed my hot chocolate (one of the better out there in FL) along with self-serve water, flavored with berries and citrus. The free parking is a nice touch. What a great place to relax and work!“

“Firstly, I would like to commend the owner for FINALLY hiring someone with care and control. It helps alot to have a leader in the store after seeing so many kids working.... A fairly new young lady, the name tag said assistant manager, i forget her name. but she always seems to remember mine and my order. I always come to this particular location late in the mornings, more like thursdays and fridays around 10 -12 and the service is usually terrible. My coffee is usually grainy and if i decide to order a refresher it's usually watered down. I'm not sure if this young lady has always been here, and just works a different shift. But since encountering her , I only come when i believe she is working. The store had 2 workers one day and i noticed although she didnt have that much help and people were being negative towards her and the staff. She still remained calm and had control of the store. I was waiting in the lobby for my order and She politely sent another barista to Ask me my name and my order to get me serviced immediately. Despite the large amount of people, the young lady really made sure i was helped and was aware. I lovee lovee loveee that ! Seeing that just tells me the manager acknowledged the negative reviews and got rid of those bad people. And i would be glad to come here again.Dietary restrictions: I like the fact that they have different choices of milk for people that’s allergic.“

“Doing a quick morning exercise and ran to this Starbucks rather than drive to burn off the extra calories. Since I only live a few miles away it's a perfect half way point. The staff was courteous and the order was done in no time. We took a quick break and then got back to the workout. Nice spot; it's quiet, chill and roomy (as are all Starbucks).“
