Neat and clean! Super friendly!
Kizzy & Shayla were the sweetest women and helped me out, gave me a small town wholesome caring coffee shop vibe in the big city. They made me drink perfectly after a long day, thank you so much ladies for what you bring to this Starbucks!!! Definitely will be coming back.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The store was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the team worked together to provide great customer service. Shayla, the shift leader, was especially friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. My drink was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. You can tell the team takes pride in creating a positive experience for customers. I’ll definitely be back!

The Starbucks Coffee Company in Brickell is a highly praised location that offers an exceptional customer experience. The staff, led by the friendly and attentive Adriana, are consistently praised for their exceptional service, making customers feel like regulars even on their first visit. The location is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere, making it a popular spot for working, meeting up, or simply relaxing with a coffee.
The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, including the customer-favorite Matcha Latte with almond coconut milk and white chocolate foam, which is described as "hands-down one of the best matcha drinks" the reviewer has had, with a smooth and not-too-sweet taste, and a creamy, indulgent finish. The coffee is consistently good, and the online order pick-up system, despite being in an odd location, is efficient.
While the small size of the location may be a drawback, as it can get quite busy, the outdoor seating and cozy indoor atmosphere make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, this Starbucks location is considered a go-to spot in Brickell, with highly recommended menu items and exceptional service that make it stand out among the competition.
