I never write bad reviews for Starbucks but today I had to. I’ve been to this location before and never had a problem but today was bad. I ordered online expecting to get my order in a timely manner. There was no one in line and they did not start my order yet. One of the baristas did not know how to make a Cocoa Cluster Frappuccino. That’s what I ordered.
