Great resolution to a miscommunication error with an delicious sandwich. My order was not ready (it was time sensitive for pick up). There was a lot of miscommunication on it not being ready so she made the sandwich and didn't charge me as a courtesy. I was going to leave immediately before she made it but then stayed for it and was willing to pay but she didn't take my money and comped it for the trouble. The sandwich was very good and authentic and I appreciate the great customer service. I would have paid because I do understand business costs but she just smiled and gave me it and a bottle of water. From this, I would highly recommend this place for the banh mi sandwiches and in understanding her customers. Thank you for my lunch!

First time getting banh mi (đặc biệt and thịt nướng) here and my family and I loved it. The bread wasn’t as crunchy as I would have liked it to be but the filling and everything was perfect so still 5 stars. Service was amazing too.

This is the literal definition of “hole in the wall”. I was picking up takeout from the Vietnamese place next door (another amazing restaurant) and walked by this shop on my way to Bolsa Market. I noticed the words Banh Mi Saigon written on the door and had to try it. The person working was so friendly and nice!!! Portions were great ($7/sandwich). She even packed the veggies on the side for me when I asked because I wanted to save the sandwich to have for lunch the next day - 10/10 will definitely stop by again!!!
Best banh mi I've tried in the area. The bread can make it or break it with banh mi and the bread they use here is delicious 👍🏽. My favorite is the grilled pork, they make it just the way I like it.

Came here from California with my family, and the food was AMAZING! We order the #2 grilled pork and the vegetarian bahn mi and all of it was phenomenal, especially the homemade siracha! The vegetarian was surprisingly just as delicious as the #2, especially with homemade butter. The bread reminds me of the one from ratatouille, has a nice loud crunch with a soft interior. We also ordered Thai tea, taro tea, and the coffee, all very tasty, and coffee was strong and not too sweet! 10/10 great price as well

Delicious banh mi! Pork belly (#1) and grilled pork (#2) were so tasty, the bread and filling was perfect. Vietnamese coffees were yummy and service was great. Best banh mi we have had in the greater Tampa area. Will definitely be back.
