stay away driver very rude
They just lost a 25 year customer.
I phoned in an order and when I went to pick up up and tried to pay for it,, they tell me my car was declined. they tried again and it was still declined.
When I got back home,, I check my balance on the card. I had $250 dollars on it , so somebody there is lying about my card being declined.
Too bad. Your food was great...but I'll be going *elsewhere* now for pizza and pasta.
Absolutely the worst service possible you can get. The people that answer the phone are rude and disrespectful like they don't even want to be at work. Like God forbid that we had to bother them to take my order. also I think it's ridiculous that you're asking for a $9 tip. When I do a pickup and give me an attitude that I don't tip. acting like your pizza is a 10 when reality it's only a six. I would not recommend you going to this dirty environment.

Off The Brick New York Pizza is a small spot on 49th with some BIG flavor. The pizza is served fresh and hot, with a great balance of toppings and cheese. The crust has a slight crispness while still being soft and fluffy inside. The tomato sauce has a nice flavor that isn’t too sweet or too sour. The restaurant environment is clean and comfortable, with 3 small tables and simple decorations. The staff is friendly and professional. The menu has a good selection of classic and specialty pizzas. Prices are fair considering the quality and portion size. The best calzone in years has perfect garlic on top, the right amount of cheese, and perfect dough thickness. Garlic knots are excellent, tasting fresh with the right texture. However, garlic and parmesan wings are dry and not very flavorful. One stromboli had veggies conglomerated at the crust line, with an ok crust and good marinara sauce that is not sweet. Free garlic bread was almost burned and not very tasty. Overall, the pizza and calzone are highly recommended for pizza lovers.
