Store lost order for almost two hours and when I called them they swore it was picked up. It had not been, whoever answered phone just wanted to end the call.
I love this location, a (former) favorite place get a bite. That being said, on a few occasions, I've had less than satisfactory experience, not enough warrant my rating three Stars, but enough I won't give it a Five. On several occasions, I've made an order and something has been done inaccurate to the order.
Most common item of complaint is many times now, I'll have put in a order and (not just this specific item but suffices for example) have a water bottle added into the order, and they never give it to me. And a call back after I've gotten home and realized I didn't, yields the same irritating answer: "We're sorry, if you can come right back we'll happily give it to you! Oh... You can't come back today? Sorry, you lost your money then!"
Disappointing... But, understandable.
But, I'll never order from here again.
P.S. I get around on foot, thus why my going back to a location, after a 30-60min transit? isn't really viable.
Good ole Chick-fil-A. What needs to be said. While the food isn't going to usually blow your mind, it's still pretty dang great. What makes most Chick-fil-As amazing and what makes them stand out is the incredible customer service you are only going to get here. These employees will fight a shark for you I'm not kidding.

Tried calling the store in regards to my order however no answer. I ordered GRILLED nuggets with polynesian sauce (later changed to bbq). I get home to fried nuggets and polynesian. I totally understand the crew wants to go home but I spent my money on food I can't eat. Usually something in my order is wrong which I could get past but the entire order? Cmon guys.

I am very upset. Chick-fil-A expects me to inconvenience my entire morning for a mistake they made. I provided the order taker with very clear instructions. I prefer my food cook to order. I will wait.. When I received my food, it was soggy and lukewarm. There is no way I will be able to make it back in time before breakfast ends. I wish people would start listening when people are ordering to avoid costly mistakes. I have wasted my morning and my money.

Probably the worst chic fil a in town... drive through set up is just horrible, once your in line your stuck there. Then to top it off, if you make a mobile order and get there, and the line is backed up they will bring you your food while your at the ordering screen, which sounds great but again you have no way of leaving right then. Got stuck in line for 15 minutes after I was handed my food, when I asked what was the point of giving me food if I'm stuck in line, the employee rolled her eyes and scuffed at me and gave it to me anyway. By the time I was able to head home my food was cold and they would not remake it when I got to the window and asked.
Always check your order as well, most chic fil a will ensure if you order anything extra on with your food (cheese, bacon, etc) they will put it on there, but not this place. So not only do you not get the food the way you like it, but you also paid extra money.... employees do not pay attention and need to be trained better.

Horrible horrible chik-fil-a. Two times they forgot our food. The first time we let slide. Today.. we sat in the drive thru for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Finally get my food and get all the way home.. missing half the order.
Went to try to call to get a refund, nobody answers.
The food we did get was ice cold. Every worker in there looks like they hate their life. Do better.

This has to be the worst Chick fil a I ever been to in my life. The line was wrapped around the building. Which is normally not a problem they the normal have two to three people out taking orders. The line wasn't moving at all. I made it all the way to the menu screen and just waited there. I just parked in when I side. I understand it being short staff and the wait but you waited for 25 minutes to get cold fries and sandwich. Then come to find out. The manager was calling back like 3 to 4 employees back from lunch. I will never come to this location again. To top it off I didn't get a my pleasure when I said thank you for my food.

I am a delivery driver and the manager (lady) does a very good job even under pressure, she works very hard. Keep up the good work, your blessings are on the way if you never give up!

You’d better off going half a mile more to skip this park place location Ja-nnie was extremely difficult to work with.
Went in tonight and waited 20 min for my pick up order for it to be wrong and missing 3 items. The employees seemed very unorganized and all over the place unlike any chic fil a I’ve seen. You could tell other people had been waiting awhile too. I’ve called multiple times in regards to a refund on my missed items and have yet to get through to someone.

This is by far the most disorganized location I’ve ever seen. They get so backed up, have the people taking orders so far back in the line that you get your food order 10 cars before you’re even at the pay window. Plan to take at least 25-30 min at this location. If you try to park to go inside you get blocked in by their never ending loop around the building. Don’t come here on your lunch break. And for an extra kick when you’re already down, they make you drive back around the building to exit. It’s borderline a hostage situation.

Don't let the long line deter you from going here. They get you your food in a timely manner even though the line looks long
