Never good when I go here. I dont think ive gone once before when they got my small meal right or weren't just crazy rude.
I know not to ever go to this Chick-fil-A
But unfortunately I did today.
Awful. Ordered 2 spicy biscuits, the lady on the voice machine sucked her teeth and was pushy. Get to the window, mind you there was only 2 vehicles in the drive through, and the dude gave me someone's order. I told him, he snatched the bag from my hands and basically threw my bag at me.
I then get home to eat, and despite them both having a spicy chicken wrapper, they were both regular.
I dont write reviews often if ever- but this place is so particularly awful i feel the need to publicly announce it so that others dont ruin their day.

Check the bag. Immediately. Check the bag right there in front of them. If you don’t you’ll have to go back in line for another 30 minutes.
This is an update since last year since I can’t write another review….
I always give them the benefit of the doubt and they continue to do a horrible job. Worst CFA.
Third November in a row I’m writing another review. The staff is so rude and so pushy. This will actually be the last time I go through this CFA. I would rather waste gas to go to the other side of town.

I order a block from the place and the app send my order 5 miles away to which the staff makes me go get my phone from my car and call the other location to cancel the order and re-place the order on the app. Due to this, I was late getting back to work and got wrote up. UPDATE: OWNER WROTE ME TO TELL ME THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF APP SO OWNER It's okay I can go without ordering God's chicken no big deal Mr./Mrs. Big shot who does not care that your customer had a bad experience. Good day and enjoy closing on the one day people would like to eat chicken after church...

I have been coming to this chick fil a for quite some time and they can never seem to get my orders right. They either miss something, or they give me food that I didnt ask for. I have had to go back in the restaurant several times to correct them on their order

Store lost order for almost two hours and when I called them they swore it was picked up. It had not been, whoever answered phone just wanted to end the call.
I love this location, a (former) favorite place get a bite. That being said, on a few occasions, I've had less than satisfactory experience, not enough warrant my rating three Stars, but enough I won't give it a Five. On several occasions, I've made an order and something has been done inaccurate to the order.
Most common item of complaint is many times now, I'll have put in a order and (not just this specific item but suffices for example) have a water bottle added into the order, and they never give it to me. And a call back after I've gotten home and realized I didn't, yields the same irritating answer: "We're sorry, if you can come right back we'll happily give it to you! Oh... You can't come back today? Sorry, you lost your money then!"
Disappointing... But, understandable.
But, I'll never order from here again.
P.S. I get around on foot, thus why my going back to a location, after a 30-60min transit? isn't really viable.
Good ole Chick-fil-A. What needs to be said. While the food isn't going to usually blow your mind, it's still pretty dang great. What makes most Chick-fil-As amazing and what makes them stand out is the incredible customer service you are only going to get here. These employees will fight a shark for you I'm not kidding.

Tried calling the store in regards to my order however no answer. I ordered GRILLED nuggets with polynesian sauce (later changed to bbq). I get home to fried nuggets and polynesian. I totally understand the crew wants to go home but I spent my money on food I can't eat. Usually something in my order is wrong which I could get past but the entire order? Cmon guys.

I am very upset. Chick-fil-A expects me to inconvenience my entire morning for a mistake they made. I provided the order taker with very clear instructions. I prefer my food cook to order. I will wait.. When I received my food, it was soggy and lukewarm. There is no way I will be able to make it back in time before breakfast ends. I wish people would start listening when people are ordering to avoid costly mistakes. I have wasted my morning and my money.
