Worst CFA I have ever been to. Had roughly 10-12 cars ahead of me, yet waited 26 min in the drive thru line (no idea what took so long) only to get 2/4 items ordered correct. Employee I dealt with at window had attitude of wanting to be anywhere else but there and seemed annoyed to be working. The drive through line itself was the biggest cluster and a very poor design. It’s basically a circle and after getting my order, had to wait in line again to get out of there!! Typically happy with CFAs and understand hiccups, but would starve before going back to this location.

The worst experience I ever had at this Chick fil a they are horrible I will never go to this Chick fil a again first of all I waited in the drive through for 30-35 mins and what is surprising is that my food was cold especially the fries which is super nasty when cold and on top of that they gave me the wrong order I was supposed to the 4 count chicken strips meal but instead gave me the 10 count nuggets which I DO NOT LIKE I had just got off from work from doing 12 hours hungry ash and super tired to turn around so I tried calling well they never answered even after constantly calling so now I’m here writing a bad review because I am very upset wished I could’ve gave No stars

I've been coming to the Pinellas Park location for years. Service became even slower after the remodel. I'm not sure why there is 2 lanes because there is usually only one person outside taking orders. Definitely nothing about this location speaks "fast" food. It took me 25 minutes between entering the drive thru lane and actually receiving my food.

Stopped in for their chicken burrito breakfast wrap. I was on my way to work. When I bit into my breakfast wrap it was still cold. The cheese didn't melt and fell all over the place. I love your wraps with the hot sauce. But that ruined my on the run , breakfast. Next time I will make sure it's hot before I leave the window.

2 times now I’ve had the worst experience ever at this location if their new lines can’t work correctly then they need to implement something different two times now I’ve been through the line given my name and paid only to get to the front and be told we didn’t order tho my card showed clearly where and when I paid I asked them to run the camera and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day to look or look at the bank statement I provided then to make me feel as if where giving me something for free that’s literally what they said to me so much for a christen place you might as well open on Sunday the way they acted the manager sent a normal employee never came to try and assist then after a 30 minute wait the food was cold all in all worst experience at one of these locations ever oh and the employee who took my order outside literally denied taking my order right in fron of everyone of the other employees their I still have proof of everything

If you’re going through the drive thru then good luck! Both times we’ve been here it has been almost impossible to figure out how to get in line. They first time we went we actually left because we couldn’t figure it out. The 2nd time we just went inside rather than trying to figure it out. The inside was dirty and service was prompt but order-taker should be working in a non-public profession rather than working on the front lines. Only reason for going back would be the food but make sure you check your bag before leaving because you will be disappointed if you think you’re order is correct.

CHICK-FIL-A CORPORATE, ITS TIME TO CRACK DOWN ON THIS LOCATION, STAT!!This location only re-opened like half a year ago and for some reason, they did not hire and train to the same standards that Chick-Fil-A is known for. Typically when a random person is asked "name a company with great customer service," Chick-Fil-A is one of the first companies they think of. But not at this location. This feels more like going to a Wendy's. Or possibly a Checker's. And Chick-Fil-A, if that hurts to hear, good. I'm not sure that I've ever once heard an employee say "my pleasure" at this location. Nuts, right? And this is also the only Chick-Fil-A that I have to check my bag at the window because there's a high likelihood of something missing or incorrect. I mean they don't even fill their fry containers up all the way.Genuinely I get a better more consistent customer experience at the Panda Express next door. Crazy.So, Chick-Fil-A, idk if you have to do an Undercover Boss type situation or maybe a massive re-training and possibly firing, but you have to fix this location or I'll be only visiting the 4th Street spot from now on. That Chick-Fil-A is on point. Maybe send this one on a field trip there to see how it's done.
