Service was great! Was hesitant about going because last few times were terrible. Our server was a young man named Alex. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Food was hot and fresh and arrived in a timely manner.
Ordered pick up and ordered mash potato when I got home it was a ver sm portion of nasty cold fries,
When I called manager she said. yes we ran out of mash. I. Said would be nice if someone let me know and when I mention sm amt if nasty fries said yes then we had a problem with fries.
Manger that said she would. Email me a gift certificate.?month later never got and when I call the manger is cooking and will call me and still waiting Ben on hold 40 min now.
